Avatar (Semi-lit and up)

T turned, eyes wide as he listened to Jim. He frowned, but took a deep breath, the human knew.
"Yes, one human stayed behind in the body of an Avatar. His name was Jake Sully. His human body died, but he came to live in the one of his avatar. He was the only one, although other humans chose to stay. They, however died many years ago. Despite our attempts, this planet is nearly inhospitable to human life, particularly out there" He nodded to the jungle, still keeping his arms wrapped carefully around Quae. He had no desire to reveal that they were the children of Jake Sully, but he was sure that the man would piece it together. He glanced at Jani.
We need to leave. And I'm guessing that they'll want to come with us He said.
"Are you coming? We need to leave" He said, eyes on the humans. Keegan and Derek shook their heads.
"We stay" Derek said, as Keegan nodded. T's eyes turned to Jim and Sandra, waiting for their decisions.

Once Jim tossed the weapon away, Rajani lowered her bow. She took her arrow away, twirling it in her finger before replacing it in her quiver. Looking at Sandra, Rajani nodded thankfully, before looking over at T. Her eyes looked him over critically, and she hid her emotions from him. If she got a chance, Rajani would talk with him later.

Getting out won't be as easy as getting in... Rajani murmured quietly but waved for T and Quae to follow her back down the hallway. She didn't know what T had told the humans, but there was only a name she recognized, that of T's father, Jake Sully.

Sandra looked at T, but nodded for him to go with Rajani. "Our paths will cross again if need be." she said, philisophically before smiling lightly. "Good luck."

Quae glanced over at her brother and then at the humans. She quickly put her hands behind her back and muttered, Why did I have to pick that up from dad? She sighed and flicked her tail angrily and began wondering how they would get out. It would prove difficult, and plus wouldn't other humans begin coming in soon just out of curiousity. She pulled away from her brother and quickly followed Jani saying, "We must go."

Jim didn't answer but crossed his arms. He was debating if he should stay or not. He didn't want to be the blame for them getting away. He figured he could just let them go, he'd figure something else out if something went wrong.

T nodded and looked questioningly at Jim.
"How do we get out?" He asked, his voice low as Quae pulled away from him. He looked around, he didn't even remember getting in here, so he had no idea how to get out. He looked at the humans his golden eyes flashing with many emotions. He was hard put to keep from snarling at them, and desperately wanted to get out of here; despite the amount of pain he was in. He glanced at Jani, she had snuck in, but it would be hard for three of them to sneak out. His eyes flashed once, trying to get her attention, silently asking her what they should do. He shifted, pain flashing for a moment as he wrapped his arms around his ribs, wincing for a moment.

We can get back out the same way I got in... Rajani muttered, trying to keep the aggrevation out of her voice. She boucned restlessly, waiting for her friends rather impateintly. What were they still doing around the humans? She caught T wincing and her hard expression softened. She took a breif step towards him but didn't reach out to help him. Will you be alright to leave? she asked quietly, concerned.

Sandra nodded to Rajani. "Hurry. The gaurds will be changing shift soon, so might have some time." she said to T. "She managed to get in without being seen."

Quae twitched her ears gently hearing her brother wince. She shuddered herself at his pain and ran back to him. She put her arm under his shoulder, grabing his side. She tried to help him stand up muttering, We have to get out of here, we need to see the others again. She was attempting to motivate him to get back to Hometree thinking that maybe the tribe needed them more than even she thought that they did. She sighed flicking her tail hoping that her brother would stand up. She glared at the humans as if it was their fault even though she knew it wasn't, she just needed someone to blame, it was just the way she worked. She glanced over at Jani also hoping that she would slow down enough to make sure that all three of them would make it out safely.

Jim watched as the three were trying to go and the one was holding them back. If he was them, he would've just left the guy, it's not like they could do anymore for him if they all wanted to get back out, and that was probably why he didn't really seem to get along with them. They valued life much more than he did. He looked over at Sandra, and then at Derek and Keegan, and finally over at his gun that he had tossed away. He didn't feel comfertable without it, and he just needed the Na'vi to go before he could grab it quickly and make a bolt for it himself. He would need to pretend he wasn't even near there when they got away if he didn't want to get stuck in a cell himself for helping the natives.

T sighed and nodded, begining to follow after Jani.
I'm sorry, it's hard to move though He told Quae, his body was betraying him now, his injuries were extensive. He sighed and leaned on Quae a bit, not to much, not to appeare to weak. He glanced at the humans, wondering if they could help him more then his people. He shook his head, tail lashing in irritation as he forced himself to move forward, he shook as he did so, cursing himself mentally as he did so. He hurt so bad, he could feel his ribs digging against his side, pushing against fragile skin, and he felt one break through. Gasping he fell, his vision darkening again.

Rajani turned around in enough time to see T fall. T'kuyun. She exclaimed, going back to him. She took his other arm over her shoulder and lifting him up gently. Looking around, half frantically, Rajani supported T as much as she could and took her steps out of the base gently. Was Kima hurt badly? she asked him quietly, pulling him into the shadows of the base as a gaurd walked past. His flying compaion was his way here, and would be his only way out. Rajani firgured he wouldn't be able to walk the way back to Hometree with his injuries.

ooc: okay I'm back, sorry about that guys. I got really sick again...I must've not recovered well enough after the last time, but I'll have a post up in a minute. Thanks for waiting! XD

Jim watched them still struggling. If they wanted to get out, they needed to do it soon. He sighed and said, "Others will come any minute if you don't move." He said it loud enough for them to hear, but he wasn't sure if they would pay attention. He then walked over grabbing his gun and walking back out to the outside of the building. He put on his breathing mask, making sure it was secure, before closing a door behind him, and pressing another button to open up a door in front of him. He stood outside of the door, figuring he could keep people away until they left. He couldn't believe that he was helping them in the first place, and it was probably because he almost felt bad for them knowing that their race would probably be wiped out after this next time. A couple people walked up to him asking to go in, and he hadn't though of an excuse yet. He struggled for one for a moment and decided to say, "Sorry, this building is off limits until the general intergoates(sp?) the natives." The two walked away, and he was shocked that they even bought it. He just hoped that that wouldn't get around to the general.

Quae looked at her brother, pushing back tears from forming in her eyes. She looked at Jani when she came over to help out, and at the human when he talked. He is right, we need to get out soon. Jani had brought up a good point, if T's ikran was okay, then that might give them a way to get out. She shifted her position a bit to try and make her brother more comfertable.

T's breath was dragging through his pale lips at this point, blood was pouring out of the wound on his side. He opened his mouth to speak, but could only breath, rather loudly. He just nodded, Kima was okay, but he doubted he could even stay on his back right now. His rib had punctured a hole in his side, and any movement was agony, complete agony. His vision was starting to darken again, and his movements slowed, he was begining to pass out, he could tell. He shook his head, trying to get rid of the black spots threatening to blind him.

Rajani cursed, her ears flickering at the sound of movement. She turned to see Jim, distracting other humans. She nodded a slight thanks, pulling T's arm over her shoulder tighter to support him. He was in worse condition that she thought; there would be no way for him to ride Kirma by himself. Stay with us T.... Rajani murmured, her eyes darting around, looking for a clear way out of the base.

If they could just get into the forest, and away from the humans...Rajani took a breath to keep the anxeity out of her system. T wouldn't be able to ride by himself, but maybe Nishka could carry them all. Quae was still little. If we can make it back to the forest, I can call Nishka. Rajani said, moreso to Quae than T. Her eyes darted between the sibilings, before resting on the young girl again. He can't ride alone. Come. Rajani nodded her head forward, supporting half of T's weight as she walked forward towards the forest.

Quae helped prop up her older brother again, and began walking with Jani. She knew what Jani was planning, but she wasn't sure if it would work. How would they get out so easily and quickly? SHe shook it off wishing that she could've been a full warrior already and not have to wait till next week. She whispered things to her brother to try and keep him awake, he needed to stay awake until they got back to Hometree.

Jim continued to keep people away, wondering how much longer the natives could take. It was getting hard to keep people off of the area.

T was to zoned out to listen to Quae, he was aware of her talking, but he didn't respond. His tail twitched limply, and he pitched forward again, thankful for the support of the two girls. Sighing, he flicked his eyes open, once, able to get an idea where he was. Still in the base. They needed to get out, badly. He looked at Quae, worried about her being here, his thoughts were incoherent. All he could think about was his sister and how worreid he was about her. His side was dripping blood, sluggishly, down his side, and it was bothering him. He wanted to rub at it.

Rajani glanced over her shoulder to make sure they weren't being watched or followed. She felt T tip forward, and she took an extra step the support his weight. She inhaled sharply, seeing the blood trailing down his side. Sighing, Rajani turned back to look up at the forest. They were out! Rajani sighed with relief, pulling T and Quae behind a tree and other plants so the humans wouldn't see them.

Reluctant to let T rest right now, Rajani glanced up at the night sky before letting out a soft high whistle. Yellow eyes darted around quickly, and her tail twicthed impatiently. Soon, Rajani's ears flicked up as her Ika, Nishka came into view. The flying animal came to rest before her, and Rajani smiled, running her free hand over her face. Nishka's eyes flickered to T and Quae, and Rajani nodded sadly
Just this once... Rajani promised, taking her braid and linking herself to her campaion. She pulled T's arm off her shoulder to mount the animal. Nishka can carry us. You'll have to sit behind hm. Rajania told Quae. T'kuyun, think you can climb up? She asked him quietly, reaching a hand down to help him if he needed it.

Quae looked behind her as they were able to get out. She noticed the small trail of blood that her brother had left leading humans right to them. They needed to get out, quickly. She nodded at Jani and held her brother up waiting for his response. She was excited about being able to ride on an Ikran for the first time, even though it wasn't her's. She was beginning to get impacient, but didn't say anything.

Jim watched as the three left so easily. He'd have to remember this so he'd make sure that nothing else got in or out. Even though he had helped them, it was still his job to get rid of the Na'vi after this next plan. He saw the trail of blood and shook his head, he wasn't sure if the one was going to make it. He left the building quickly, not wanting to be around when they figured out that they were gone.

T winced, draggig his head up and looking at the large Ikan in front of him.
I can try He mumbled, eyes still dark. Sighing, he pulled himself, slowly up onto Nishka's back, wincing as she shifted underneath him. He hated riding someone else's Ikan, he heard a cry above him and looked up, Kima was circling, odviously aggrivated.
Quae and I can ride Kima, if that's easier He said, pitching forward, he was barely able to support himself, but he couldn't get used to the idea of riding Jani's Ikan, it was to strange. He took a deep breath, the hole in his side revealed now for the first time to the others. He was sure his sister would be worried sick, as would Jani, but he didn't care, he was so exahusted.

Easy Nishka... Rajani whispered soothingly to her Ikan, as T climbed on top. Looking over her shoulder, Rajani's worried eyes wandered over him. She heard Kima just overhead, but she was concerned. He hardly looked well enough to ride on his own.

I am worried about you, not what is easier. Rajani said quietly. We need to get you back to Hometree in one peice. You don't look well enough to ride, not even with Quae. Beside, you're already mounted. Rajani added, smiling lightly. She wouldn't let T dismount, and have to re-mount house own Ikan; he would strain himself too much. Even injure himself further.

T sighed, damn Jani and her logic, she had always been logical. He looked down at Quae, Can she carry all three of us? I mean, Nishka is having issues with letting me, a full warrior ride her. She's not going to accept Quae He murmured, glancing up at Kima again. Sighing, he whistled, and the large Ikan, larger then Nishka landed next to him, glaring all the while at the other Ikan.
Kima might let her ride him. He's more used to Quae He said, looking at his sister questioningly. Reaching over, he linked himself with his Ikan for a moment, asking the creature silently what he thought, as well as explaining the situation. Kima flapped his large wings, and turned, looking down at Quae, before inspecting T's wound. Finally, after a few moments, Kima dropped down, making it easier for Quae to slid onto his back.
You can't link with him, but he understands T told his sister softly. He was still beyond worried about her, and he had already basically ordered Kima to behave, regardless of what happened, Quae had to make it back to hometree.

Nishka will let you ride this one time, since I explained it's an emergancy Rajani said quietly, cooing to her Ikan as the animal grew restless, wanting to get back into the sky. Rajani turned to watch T and Quea, nodding.
Just until we reached hometree... She murmured to her Ikan before willing the animal into the sky. Nishka took off with enthusiasim, eager to get off the ground. Hold on! she called over her shoulder, grabbing T's arm so he wouldn't fall off as Nishka continued to soar skyward. It wasn't long until the Ikan straightened out and headed towards Hometree.
