Kristen took a few deep breaths, letting her mind relax with each exhale. This time it was a little harder for her to fall asleep, and she kept waking up. After a while though, she fell asleep completely.

Alayna smiled weakly. "Alright..." she looked back at Keith with new eyes. Now she could see the magic that circled him as a deep golden yellow. She frowned, tilting her head slight. "Keith...let me try something..." she whispered. Raising her hand to his face she placed her fingers on his temples lightly. She firgured it wouldn't be too hard to take the small bit of magic that prevented Keith to speak English after dealing with Demitri. She also firgured she wouldn't have to put much effort into it. Taking a deep breath Alayna tugged slightly, feeling the magic come easliy. She sighed before pulling her hand away. " Any better?"

Demitri felt Kristen relaxe, but he was slightly out of it, lost in memories of his past. A part of him just wanted it to be like it used to, the four of them, goofing around in Russia, but now, now it was nearly impossible to do that. He loved his brothers, dearly, but he knew of a life outside of Russia now, and it would be so hard to go back. The first time he had ever left home was on a trip to the states four years ago, when he had discovered this school, as well as rescued Keith from a horrid fate.

Keith felt strange suddenly, wincing a bit and sighing.
"I bit better" He murmured in broken english. It was almost as if someo of his magic had been removed, not like permantently, but had been controlled or something. He glanced at her, eyes wide.
"How did you do that?" He asked her, shocked. He smiled at her, wondering what she had done, which was something he had never, experienced before.

Alayna smiled, slightly glad and scared that her theory had worked. She shrugged as an answer, suddenly tired. "That's how I healed Demitri." she mumbled. "Not exactly sure how...." she said honestly. "I'm glad to see it worked though.." she whispered with a content smile. Before she could even hesitate, Alayna fell back on Keith's bed with a tired laugh.

That's fine, Demitri's just reminicing anyway.

BIC:
Keith smiled at Alayna, "Well that's really rather quiet interesting" He murmured, sitting next to her and snagging his notebook from the covers.
"Are you alright? Does it hurt you at all?" He asked her curiously. He still remembered the odd sensation, almost as if she were manipulating his magic.
"So that glow you can see, it's the magic?" He asked her, curiously. He opened his notebook, wincing at the images inside. Hell, this time he had drawn Lucifer and his assention into Hell. He remembered that day clearly, it had been an awful, awful day for heaven and all it's in habitants. It was one of the few times he had seen God so angry.

Alayna sighed, turning so she could face Keith. "I guess..." she said "The glow from ealier was different then just now." she mumbled. "It looks more like dust..." her eyes went up to the ceiling as she thought. "It doesn't hurt exactly, but I get a bit of a headache...Fixing Demitri hurt..." she admitted.

"Well probably depends on the magic. I mean, Demitri was surrounded or being affected by a very dark, dangerous magic. Where as mine is supposedly 'pure' and I have a feeling that wouldn't hurt" He said, shrugging his shoulders. He sighed, flipping the book pages again. Each drawing was angrier then the previous. Dark shading, black lines, no colour, he never drew in colour. He shook his head, snapping the book shut and placing it on the bed side table.
"Dust eh?" He said, shaking his head.

Alayna nodded with a shrug. "yea dust." she said with a tired smile. That reminded her of something, and she turned her head to look at Keith. "Does Kristen have any magic?" she asked quietly. She remembered seeing the shifter covered in a light brown dust.

"Not in the same sense I do. But she is a magical being. Her shifting ability comes from magical elements" He explained.
"Why? Did you see anything around her?" He asked curiously, he was also wondering what was surrounding him. He smiled and tentitively reached out his hand, almost as if he were trying to feel the dust.

Alayna was quiet for a moment, thinking. "When Kristen came to the room to get me was when I noticed it. Her's was like a light brown dust and it only covered her head...Demitir was completely covered...and his was a dark...almost blood red." she explained, her voice quiet and soft. Alayna shuddered slightly at the fresh memory. Her eyes wandered to Keith and she smirked. "I don't think you can touch it Keith." she whispered lifting her hand up to brush the back of his hand lightly.

"Well I guess the colours make sense. Blood red, blood, vampire. Brown, she's a shifter, animals from the forest" Demitri said, talking more to himself then to anyone. Laughing he dropped his hand, "Shucks, what colour do you see around me?" He asked curiously. He still wanted to touch it, it made him a bit uncomfortable knowing that there was no way he'd ever see the curious stuff surrounding him.

Alayna chuckled. She tilted her head at Keith, her exhuasrion making it slightly more difficult to see the angel's magic. "It's like a deep...golden yellowish color..." she muttered thoughtfully. "Ya knowlike those golden church bells?" she asked smiling. "Its not as strong as it was before.." she whispered closing her eyes and rubbing her forehead lightly as she lay down.

OOC:: Keith! Heh, sorry.

BIC:
Keith smiled, "Cool" He said, though he was desperate to ask her questions. Instead he stood up, carefully tucking her under the blankets in his own, barely used bed.
"Sleep" He murmured, lips brushing her forhead for a moment. He sat down on Kristen's bed, pulling his lap top over and turning it on. Turning off the volume he began to randomly surf the web.

"Yes sir." Alayna teased letting Keith tuck her back into the bed. She smiled as his lips brushed against her forehead. She would never get used to the butterfiles that stirred in her chest from his touch. Sighing Alayna closed her eyes and was asleep instantly.

BIC:
Sunlight filtered through the window. Keith was asleep, his lap top sitting on his chest, a open note book at his side. He had fallen asleep only hours previuos and was out. The page in the notebook layed open to an interesting scene. Angles, all faceless stood in a circle, around another angle, lying on the ground. Though without a face it was nearly impossible to tell, but if you looked closely, it was odvious it was Keith. The angle's body language was filled with pain, it was the day he had been cast from heaven.

Kristen's mental clock was loud in her ears. Her body wasn't listening though. Kristen opened her eyes slowly, looking around the room before they fell back closed again. She didn't realize she had fallen asleep in Demitri's arms until she woke up the second time. Taking a deep breath, Kristen sat up much too quickly. She held her head, cursing to herself quietly. "What time is it?" she mumbled rubbing her neck.


Alayna rolled over in her sleep. She could feel the sunlight in the room but her body wasn't letting her move. Taking a deep breath Alayna rolled onto her back, rubbing her face.

Demitri's eyes flicked open.
"Nearly noon, they cancelled classes today, since what happened yesterday affected a few other vampires" He said, "That's why I didn't wake you up" He explained to her, smiling. She looked a bit better now, still she looked exahusted.
'You can go back to sleep, I'm not going anywhere. You missed my brothers though, they stopped in for a bit" He said, smiling at her.

Keith was still out, he hadn't planned on going to classes anyway. He more sort of lived at the school, and he wasn't required to attend classes, none of the students were. It was more of a safe haven for his kind.

"Noon?!" Kristen asked, waking up instantly. "Wait? You're brother's came back here?" she asked. "And I was still asleep?" she looked at him, confused. "Did you move at all?!?" She asked him, feeling the blood rush to her face. She turned away from him, running her fingers through her hair at the thought. She had slept in, which alone was going to throw her off, and to top it off, she had fallen asleep in Demitri's arms. Kristen rubbed the back of her neck with a long sigh. "I'm not sleeping anymore..." she muttered.


The longer she rubbed her face, the easier it was to move the rest of her body and wake up. She yawned, stretching out her arms. Her chest was sore, her arms were weak, and her head felt like there was a cinder block on top of it. Alayna cursed quietly, rubbing her forehead. "What on Earth hit me last night?" she muttered; it literatly felt like she had gotten hit by a truck.

Demitri laughed, "No, whenever I tried to move you growled at me" He said, smiling at her teasingly, he reached over and tilted her face towards him, facinated by her blushing. He watched intently.
"That's so cool" He murmured, his fingers reaching up to brush her face, he could feel the heat on his fingers, the feeling was incredible.
"Wow" He said, suddenly embaressed. "Sorry"

Keith rolled in his sleep, his lap top sliding off of him and onto the floor. Thankfully it didn't break, but it did make a rather loud noise. The angel flinched, but remained asleep.

Kristen rolled her eyes at Demitri. Now wasn't the time for his sarcasim. She let out a rough breath just before he turned her head. Kristen felt her heart jump a beat as his cool hands passed over her cheek. Now she knew her face was a good shade of red; she hadn't blushed for the longest time, which was probably why Demitri was so fasicnated. He had never seen her re-act that way. Kristen turned her head the second his hand left her face. She took a few deep breaths to control her heart before standing up. "I'm gonna go change." she muttered, realizing that she was still in her clothes, and they were stained in blood here and there.


Alayna julted as Keith's laptop fell to the floor. She sat up, her hand reaching to her waist where her dagger would've been. This reaction surprised her more than anything and she scracthed her head. Looking to the floor, Alayna sighed. She pushed back the sheets, picking up the laptop and placing it back on Keith's desk. She ran her fingers through her hair, looking back at the sleeping angel. A small smile came to her face. It soon turned into a smirk at the idea in her mind. Walking over to the bed quietly, Alayna knelt on the floor, watching Keith. She let her fingers run over his face before she leaned over to kiss his forehead softly.

Demitri sighed, realizing he had probably startled her.
"Alright" He looked down at his own clothes. He needed to shower and change as well.
"Are you going to come back? Or should I meet you somewhere?" He asked her, sliding off of the bed and yawning. He needed to feed again, as he had lost a lot of blood. But he was extremely weary of the cafeteria blood now, and had already promised his brothers that he wouldn't touch it.

Keith smiled in his sleep at her touch, his hand slipped away from his book, revealing the drawing. It was half-finished, but the scene was odvious. He mumbled something in latin, he had developed a habit of talking in his sleep, not that anyone could really understand what he said.

Kristen was half-way out of the door before she realized he was talking to her. She looked back at him, half debating on what to say. In the end, she just felt without a word. She needed time to clear her head, and she had a feeling being around Demitri wasn't exactly going to help her right now. She closed the door behind her, leaning against it for a moment. She looked up, closing her eyes with a deep sigh. After a moment, Kristen walked back down to her room.


Alayna saw Keith smile, and heard him mumble. For a moment, she thought she could understand him, but he was too quiet. "Wake up sleepy head..." she whispered. "It's nearly one in the afternoon..." she smiled, kissing his forehead again before she heard a knock on the door. Alayna had just enough time to step away before Kristen walked into the room. To Alayna, she looked a little shooken up, but not as much as last night. She didn't say anything, just glanced at Keith, then Alayna before walking to the bathroom. A moment later, Alayna heard the water running.

Demitri sighed, watching as she left. He supposed he'd just hide out in his room for the rest of the day anyway. Sighing he walked into the washroom, kicked off his blood stained clothes and hopped in the shower. Sighing he let the warm water sooth his battered body. He refrained from looking the glass, not wanting to see the scars that covered him. It hurt to much, to see them, he hated them.

Keith mumbled again, but only buried his face in the pillow. He was exahusted, or at least he thought he was. His movement jarred the notebook, sending it crashing to the floor like the laptop. The pages still lay open, but now they were visible to anyone.

Kristen sighed, folding her arms against the tile as the water hit her back roughly. Since the water was near burning, it soothed her, and she ignored the pain. Her hair fell into her face as she rubbed her forehead against her arms. She took in a deep, steam filled breath, letting it out slowly. She washed up, taking her time and letting the suds run over her skin lightly. Kristen braced herself against the tile as a wave of pain washed over her mid-section then. Kristen groaned, watching pink water go down the drain. Mother nature couldn't have picked a better time? she thought, turning the water off and getting out of the shower.


Alayna scracthed her head, strecthing with another yawn. She should probably go take a shower too. She turned around, hearing something else fall to the floor. She recognized it instantly as Keith's sketch book. Alayna bit her lip, curious, but cautious. If it was anything like her book, Keith probably didn't show this to anyone, not even Demitri or Kristen. Alayna picked up the book, not wanting it there once Kristen came from the shower.

For a moment, she held the book in her hands, watching Keith's face as to not look at his drawing. Curiousity took over her, and she glanced at the picture he drew. She bit her lip harder. She didn't exactly know who the other angels were, but she knew who Keith was, and it hurt to see him drawn this way. Closing the book, Alayna put the book back under the covers before Kristen came out.

"Demitri still in the room?" Alayana asked. Kristen nodded, ruffling her wet curly hair. Alayna said nothing else. She looked back at Keith before leaving the room.

Demitri stepped from the shower, his hair sopping wet. Not thinking, he didn't bother to throw a shirt on, and only had pulled on a pair of shorts. Grabbing a book, he lay on his bed, back pressed against the wall, begining to read his book. It was a Russian novel, one of his favorites, that Alexi had brought for him, from home. He switched on the light, once again forgetting that he shared this room. His scars were thrown into a painful relief, and he absentmindedly traced one with his free hand.

Keith woke with a start, noting Kristen but not Alayna. Rubbing his eyes, he stretched out.
"How's Demitri?' He asked, noting how different Kristen looked, not physically of course, but emotionally she looked completely strung out. He was about to ask her if she was alright, but thought better of it.

Alayna took the walk down the hallway slowly, the image in Keith's skecth book clear in her mind. What had happened to him? part of her wondered. Rubbing cold fingers against her lips, Alayna came to her dorm, knocked once out of habbit and opened the door. Demitri was sitting on his bed, reading a book. She was glad to see he was awake and obviously doing better. "Hey...feeling better?" she asked, taking her hair out of the low ponytail it was in and running her fingers through it as a make-shift brush.

She ruffled in her draws for a new pair of clothes, not decided for quiet a while. She looked back at Demitri again, suddenly noticing that he wasn't wearing a shirt...and that his body was covered in long white scars. Alayna's eyes went wide, and she quickly looked away. "I'm uh, gonna jump in the shower real quick. Keith's awake I think, and he healed himself, so he's better if you want to see him." she rambled before walking into the bathroom and shutting the door.



"You would have never guess the boy got hit by dark magic." Kristen muttered, a little harsher than she intended. She pulled a black long sleeved shirt over her head that came short of her waist and left her mid-section slightly exposed. Her pants were black as well, and were loose around her leggs in a slight bell-bottom style. Kristen sighed, sitting on the edge of her bed, her back completely straight, and pulled her hair up into a tight bun. She let her arms fall back down slowly, turning her head slightly in each direction to ensure her hair was staying put.

Nodding to herself, Kristen stood up and dug in the closet for a pair of flat shoes she hadn't worn in a while. Slipping those on, she checked to make sure that her daggers were in place before looking out the window. Half the day had gone by already, and this just might be her last free one. "I'd tell you where I'm going, but I don't want Demitri to know. I'll meet up with you guys by dinner." Kristen said, opening the window and jumping, shifting into her hawk form as she did so.
