I'll make one final post, and then if you want to do human intro, you can.

"Cole doesn't realize he has a place" Demitri growled in annoyance. If he ever managed to get his hands on the young vampire who had somehow managed to take control of that clan, he'd tear him apart, given the oppertunity. He sighed, shaking his head and frowning a bit. He glowered for a moment, brooding as he was lost in thought about the clan issues. He sighed, shakig his head and pulling himself up.
"Yea we're gonna go out once it hits dark" Vampires, unlike in books, weren't scared of sunlight, it didn't do anything to them, besides occasionally hurt their eyes.

He glanced at her, "Meet me in the enterance way once the sun sets" He said, slipping off of his chair and walking out of the library. He had a few things to go over in his office. He sighed, walking upstairs to his private rooms. Rarely anyone, besides Mikka actually came up here, it was a dangerous thing to do. Sitting down at an ancient mahagony desk, pulling a few charts towards him. So far thsi war was purely stratigic, though Cole's latest attack had been in broad daylight, which threatened to expose them all.

"Damn" Demitri hissed, pulling his pen towards him and scratching out a few things. He glanced at the time, it would be time to go soon. He checked his cell phone, looking at the time. He sighed, frowning and closing the books in front of him. He frowned, slipping his phone in his pocket and standing. He knew he'd stand out in a crowd, Demitri didn't really conform to the norms of human dress. Most of his clothing where dark, had chains incorperated into them, and accented his perfect body.

Mikka nodded gently. Good, she'd have time to read before they left. She watched Demitri leave before sighing and heading up to her room as well. Hopefully she could get through the first three books of the Odyssey before sunset. Otherwise she'd have to leave off in an odd spot. Slidding up into her room, Mikka gathered her skirt around her as she sat back down on her windowsill. Opening the book in her lap, Mikka smiled and dove straight in.

Mikka rubbed her eyes, realizing the sunlight was gone from her window. She cursed quietly, closing the book and jumping up from her seat. She was late. Leaving her clothes for now, Mikka pulled her hair up into a loose bun before running down to the entrance way to meet up with Demitri.
"I was caught up in the book." She murmured apologetically, slowling her pace once she was in Demitri line of sight.


"Hey Sandra! Wanna catch a movie with us tonight?" Shoving the last book into her bag, Sanrda looked up quickly to see one of her friends standing in front of her. She grinned at him, tucking a curly strand of chocolate brown hair behind her ear. She looked down at her bag, before back up at the boy, standing up and slinging it over her shoulder.
"Sure. What time?" Sandra asked.
"Round seven or so. I'll call you alright?" Sandra grinned and nodded before walking out of the classroom as the bell rang. This was perfect. She had her old life back once and for all. She was doing better at school, her mom was finally off her case about the whole thing, and now she had friends again. She couldn't wait for the movies later.
As Sandra walked down the hallway, imagination running wild with the plans for the evening, she couldn't help but think there was something she'd forgotten.

A young, rather content, looking boy was sitting under a tree with his iTouch. He had the earbuds in his ears blasting music while he messed around with an app. He had been just feeling good with life again, finally getting over his sister's deaths. His mum was beggining to accept everything again as being normal too. His life was great once again. He glanced up occationally as people walked by with their raincoats and dinner jackets on. It was a fairly nice evening, he could see the clouds forming up though. He sighed shaking it off and looking back down at his iTouch. He didn't talk to people much after everything, even though he had recovered. He was a silent type.

ooc: sorry it was a bit short...writer's block XD

Demitri smirked, shaking his head and glancing up.
"About time" He grumbled at Mikka, though he smiled, to let her know he was just kidding.
"Come on, we have two humans to collect" He shoved his hands in his jeans pockets, his leather jacket swung over his shoulders, not zipped up. He frowned, glancing up at the sky as he led Mikka out of the house, making sure to lock the door behind her.
"Keep an eye out, I don't doubt that Cole and the others have some friends watching the house, and us" He said, smiling and shaking his head.

He walked purposfully down the street. He had made sure to keep track of his two humans over the last few years, just in case we needed them. He sighed, rubbing a hand over his face, checking over his shoulder, just in case. Paranoia was Demitri's constant companion. He frowned, scenting the air absentmindedly, making sure no one was around.

Mikka recoiled for a moment before Demitri smiled as her. She grinned lightly before nodding. She pulled her black shawl tightly around her as they left the house. Her eyes turned to a sharper brown as they walked. She nodded gently, falling into her silence like always when she was on edge.

She glanced at Demitri, seeing him glancing around. "Where exactly are we to be looking for these two humans?" She asked after a long period of silence. This had been something Demitri had kept to himself for a while, so Mikka didn't know much.


Sandra had just finished her math homework when her cell phone starting buzzing. She reached over for it eagerly.
"Hello?" She answered, sitting up and quickly putting her things away.
"We still good for the movies?" Sandra grinned and nodded, but then realized her friend couldn't see her.
"Yea. I'll be there in like twenty minutes." Sandra said.
"Awesome, see ya in a bit then."
Sandra quickly hung up and got dressed, pulling on a pair of worn and frayed blue jeans, and a plain baby blue tanktop. She scrunched her hair, making it more curly then it naturally was before pulling on her sneakes. She slid her ipod into one pocket,her cell in the other and grabbed her car keys.
"Mom, I'm heading to the movies. I'll be back in an hour or so okay?" Sandra called, grabbing her denim jacket from the hook near the door before leaving.

Demitri glanced at Mikka, she always went silent when she was tense. He sighed, frowning for a moment, before pulling his iPhone out of his pocket, pulling something up.
"They're currently in two different locations. The female, Sandra I believe her name is, is living in that new housing development on ninth ave" He said, smirking. He glanced down, "The male, Nate, is living by the University" He said with a small grin. "Once we get close enough I can follow their scents" He had commited their scents to memory all those years ago when he had freed them.

He paused, watching a car go by.
"I think that was the girl" He said, "Damn, I was hoping I wouldn't have to yank her out of a social engagement, humans always get so jumpy when you break their doors down" He chuckled, smiling at her and smirking.
"Come on" He sped up, virtually becoming a blur as he followed the car, careful to keep his distance.

Mikka nodded as she listned to Demitri. She wasn't exactly sure what he was planing to do once they had the humans, but she decided against asking him. She watched as a car drove by, raising an eyebrow gently at Demitri as he claimed that the female had been in the vechicle.

She sighed but nodded, gathering the folds of her skirt in her hands before following after Demitri. The car lead them straight to the theather. Mikka reappeared behind a medium of growth just outside the parking lot. The place was crowded, which was standard for the time of night. Mikka shook her head gently. "This will be difficult if she chooses not to cooperate. I hope you know that."


Finding a parking space was almost impossible. Sandra sighed in frustration. She would just have to walk. Parking in the spaces that were always vacant toward the back of the lot, Sandra stepped from her car, locking the door. She pulled her jacket on, rolling the sleeves up and checking her reflection in the tinted windows before nodding to herself.

"So we get her before she goes in the theater" Demitri said, nodding at the girl still in the car. He smirked, nodding for Mikka to stay back, just in case he needed her. He shook his head, smirking as he approached the girl, effectively cutting off her escape route. He walked over to her, smirking.
"Hello, I do believe you owe me a favor" He murmured, shaking his head and sighing. He knew his voice hadn't changed in years, so she'd recgnize it, and well, she really had no choice. If she didn't comply, he'd make sure she ended up where she had been.
"You remember me? I saved your life, four years ago?" He smirked looking at Mikka and nodding for her to come over, block the girl from the back.

Mikka nodded, watching as the girl got out of the car. She stayed well hidden, blending into the shadows as she pulled the shawl tighter around her shoulders. She sighed, glancing around for good mesaure before turning back to Demitri. He was standing in front of the girl now, and Mikka looked up in enough time to catch Demitri's nodd. Effortlessly she slid from her hidding and was behind the girl the next instant. There was a small smile on her face, for the soul reason that the girl was terrified. From Mikka's understanding, the girl should have known this day would come.

Satsified with her relfection, Sandra shoved her keys in her pocket and started to walk from her car. She checked her phone, smiling as she replied to a text message. Sandra gasped in surprise as she looked up, finding Demitri in front of her. Her heart jumped into her chest, wondering who this guy was and what he wanted and how on earth hadn't she heard him?

Sandra's eyes went wide as he spoke, and the color drained from her face. She staggered back in fear. No, this couldn't be happening, not now...not when things were finally back to normal. She turned around, only to be met by another girl who lokked her age. Somehow, Sandra knew she wouldn't help. Sandra swallowed before turning back around to face Demitri.
"I-I remember..." she said quietly, her voice weak and shaking. "What do you want from me?" She asked then, almost afraid of what the answer would be.

Demitri was trying his best not to chuckle. He smiled appreciatively at Mikka, before the girl could see. This was all fun for him, he thrived on the fear of others. He smirked.
"That, my dear, is for me to know. Now, get in the back seat of your car. I suggest you do it" He said, nodding at Mikka. Mikka could sit with the girl, he could drive, he didn't trust the human to sit and behave, she'd try and make an escape, and Mikka could stop that from happening.

He herded the girl towards the car, basically forcing her into the backseat, holding the door for Mikka. Thankfully the girl seemed to stunned to make a move, right now.
"Shall we be off? We still have one more human to collect tonight" He glanced at his iPhone, double checking. They had about a twenty minute drive, a run he and Mikka could make in a few minutes, probably less, but he had no desire to carry a screaming human. He laughed, human, she didn't even know that they were vampires yet. He didn't bother to get the keys from Sandra, just bent, touched two wires together and grinned. Demitri was an accomplished car thief, though he owned a few rather fancy cars of his own, he didn't bother to drive them for stuff like this.

He checked on Mikka in the rear-view mirror. He was relieved to have her with him. He didn't have to worry about Mikka, unlike with some of the idiot younger vampires. She knew what to do, the two had known eachother for years, he had known her since she had been created, he had created her after all.

Sandra gulped. Yes. He was definatly that person who talked to her all those years ago. He helped her out of jail. He somehow proved her innocense. He had asked for her help later...but did it have to be now?
"Wait what?" She said, taking a step back and snapping her arm out of his grip. Sandra looked from him to the girl behind her who had taken another step closer. "I don't even know you and you expect me to get in the car with you?"

Mikka moved swiftly then, grabbing the girls hand and twisting it up behind her back. Sandra gasped and bit back the majority of her scream. "He saved your life. I suggest you treat him with more respect and listen to what he says. Elsewise you shall find yourself inmuch more pain. Have I amde myself clear?" Mikka asked. Her voice never faltered from her educated mono-tone, but her eyes were sharp. She had no patience for humans that constantly asked questions like they were in charge, or in a place to even ask.

Sandra was breathing heavily but she nodded gently. "Mmmhm." she said, sighing as Mikka released her hand. She glarred at Mikka before looking back at Demitri wairingly before slidding into the backseat of the car as well.
Mikka gave a light smirk, nodding in thanks as Demitri held open the door. She gathered the folds of her skirt and slid into the back seat alongside Sandra. Mikka nodded gently, catching Demitri's eye in the mirror. Sandra glanced from Mikka to Demitri. Human? Why did he say it that way? Almost like he wasn't....Sandra shook her head, looking out the window and pushing the thought from her mind. If they left her in the car to get this other person, she'd call 911.

Demitri smirked at Mikka's treatment of the human. She was like him, no patience for humans, particularly not demanding ones like Sandra. He flicked his blinker, calmly driving down the street, following the instructions on his iPhone. He barely focused on driving, he didn't need to, his reflexes were incredible. He smirked, looking at the girl, he could basically see what she was scheming.
"Mikka? I suggest you stay in your car while I get the next human. Hopefully he's a little more agreeable. If not, I can always persuade him" He chuckled dangerously, his long fangs slipping down for a moment. He didn't care if Sandra saw, she'd find out what she was among eventually.

He sighed, shaking his head and slowing down for a moment, to look around.
"I strongly suggest you behave for Mikka" He warned the girl, his sharp tone one that even other clan leaders would respect. He wasn't in the best mood now, he despised dealing with humans, and now he was already thinking about where he'd keep the humans at his house. It'd be hard enough to convince the other vampires in his clan to leave them be, but if they kept insisting on attempting escape, well then, he had a serious problem.
"Mikka, did you find out if those rooms were set up?" He asked, his voice returning to it's normal, dangerously smooth tone.

Mikka sighed, a short light breath. She rubbed her lips gently, glancing at Sandra for a moment before looking back at Demitri. "You may need me." she said, but turned her gaze away, saying she wouldn't protest the matter. When it cames to Demitri asking her to do things, Mikka did so without hesitation, and mostly withouth questioning as well.

Sandra was doing her best not to look nervous and scarred, though she doubted she was succeeding all that well. What did this guy want with her? And who was this other person they were getting? She gulped as Demitri told the girl to stay-Mikka...she'd need to remember that name. She gasped as Demitri talked to her directly, and she shrunk back in her chair.
There was no doubt in her mind that he was the boss. A guy with serious power too if he had saved her from the death penatily. Her throat ran dry at the tone of the man's voice and simply nodded gently. If she wasn't careful, she'd get herself killed.

Mikka sighed. "They should be." she murmured, glancing at the girl before back at Demitri. She rolled her eyes as his fangs. Sometimes, Demitri got a little carried away. "If they're not, I'll deal with it." she told him, keeping the majority of ferocity out of her voice.

Demitri inhaled deeply, relishing the scent of fear in the car. He chuckled, shaking his head and nodding at Mikka.
"I should be fine Mikka" He murmured, shrugging and smiling at his second in command. He glanced at Sandra in the rear-view mirror, smirking at her. This was going to prove to be rather enjoyable.

"If they're not set up, send whomever you asked to do it to me please" His voice took on a sinister, deadly tone. He was fed up with stuff not getting done.
"We still need someone to tidy the house, I'm getting fed up with the amount of dust" He said, completely ignoring the human now, she was beneath his notice at this point. He glanced down at his phone, soon.
"Should be up ahead" He murmured, pulling up in front of a house. "Behave for Mikka, or else you have to deal with me" He smirked at the human as he slid fluidly from the car. He basically melted into the night, his laugh however, echoed from the darkness as he scaled a tree outside Nate's house.

After the sun had gone down, Nate had walked back into his house nearby. He plopped his earbuds out of his ears, twisting the cord around the iTouch, and setting it down on the counter. He glanced into the kitchen, seeing his mum busy cooking away at something. He noticed she was using knives again. None of them had used a real knife since the incident, he didn't even want to think about it. But it's not like he had to anymore, his mum was using a real knife again. Eveything was fine, and everyone was trusting. He silently moved by, going into his room, and shutting the door behind him. He grabbed his phone and sat down on his bed dialing a number. A girl on the other line picked up, where he came in, "Hey mate, you still up for the game tomorrow?" He paused listening to her on the other line and added, "Oh, that bird? Nah, you know she's not my type. You can bring'er if you're compelled though." He laughed and said, "Of course, later." He hung up after that. He rolled his eyes tossing the phone across the bed carelessly. The girl was his best friend in the world, but she always insisted on bringing another one of her friends that liked him. He didn't like it so much, he didn't want a girlfriend right then. He stood up leaving his room, but apparently too loud. His mum yelled out of him from the kitchen, "Bring the trash bucket in!" He sighed and said, "Of course." He stepped out of the house slowly and walked over towards the trash bucket at the end of the driveway, he hated bringing it in. He noticed how dark it had gotten, gave him the creeps.
