Welcome to Hills High School

An Aston Martin DBS and Audi R8 both parked into the highschool late. They parked side by side and stopped at about the same time. The two twins stepped out of their cars at the same time and shut the door. The boy, Harry, began walking towards the school before his sister could begin. He was beginning to get annoyed at how timely the two were. Plus she had a pink Audi R8; it ruined the coolness of the sport's car. He glanced back at his car, the silver one and nodded knowing it looked WAY better. He walked inside the school seeing a few students. They were either his age or the underclassmen, acting all about the same. They would either say something like, "Hey Harry...or Hiii Harry." He would either say hey back or roll his eyes. He went over to his locker and pushed his backpack inside quickly before slamming it. He walked over to the senior lounge to hang out before having to go to class.
On the other hand, Harry's sister Maddi, took her time getting out of her car. Eventually she appeared with her bag and walked inside the school in high-heels. She smiled at people, but occationally it would disapear when people called her Valentine. She knew it was her last name and all, but she preferred her first name. At least they didn't call her brother that, it would make her laugh, but it was a little mean. She didn't bother going to her locker and went immediately to the senior lounge. Seeing her brother there she walked over and sat down on a couch across from him. She knew that it would annoy him, but it wasn't her fault that twins thought alike.

Adrian laughed, "No way dude. I know I'm good, but seriously, I can't even remember what day of the week it is, let alone plan a party" He smiled, "That was a brilliant idea huh?" He had managed to drain his pool, filling the entire thing with ice, it had been a stroke of brillance, no one had done it yet.
"You should just come over tonight, spend a few days at my place. My parents are leaving in the morning, mom would love your advice on clothes. Plus, you're like family" He said, looking down at the laptop, before handing it back to his friend.
"You plan, I'm to useless right now" He said, glancing up as the twins came in. Yet another part of the exclusive student body at Hills High. He nodded, yawning again.
"Hey guys" He said, his voice showing his exahustion.

Taking the mac, Keari plonked himself down with a sigh near Adrian's feet and flipped it open. Nodding to his friend's request, he botted the laptop up. "Like family? I see your own family more than I see mine!"
Flicking his head at Adrian's greeting, his eyes traveled to the twins and he suddenly became rather quiet in contrast to only a few moments before. Between Google searches, his eyes flicked over the top of the screen at them. Quietly he said,
"There's going to be a party next weekend. You two should come."

"Point well taken. Fine then you're family" Adrian said, nudging his friend carefully with his foot. He knew all hell would break loose if he got dirt on it, partKevari icularly from his ratty skate shoes. He noticed Kevari reaction to the twins, and resolved to ask him about it when they were in private. Yawning again he stood up, walking over the the coffee counter in the large lounge and quickly getting an Americano, needing the caffine. Sitting back down, he positioned his legs so that the party planner could lean against them, if he wanted.
"Yea party at my place, you guys gonna show?" He asked the twins curiously.

Balancing carefully on the couch as Adrian sat back down with his hot water and expresso, Kvrai leaned back on Adrian's long legs to show him the page. "Found it, apparently they only have a site in Italian though. Can you read this? Something about 'Traveling' and 'Show' and 'Spectcular', but that's about all I understand."

Adrian glanced down at the page, taking a sip of his drink. His mother was Italian, and spoke it, a lot at home, so he was basically fluent.
"Yea, I can. It lists the prices, and basically just goes on to describe availibilty. You're right though, they're here for that festival thing. Looks like we might be able to get ahold of the manager, you just call that number at the bottom of the page, the one in bright pink" He said, pointing at the screen and taking a small sip of his coffee. He yawned again, still leaning over the computer.
"So this has to be good man, I mean first party of the school year. So what do you say? Just come live at my place for a few days?" He nudged him with his toe again. His phone buzzed, he looked down, a small frown on his features as it flashed 'mom' on the screen. Sighing he answered,
"Hello?" He said, his voice bored.
"Sure, alright. Yea cool" He hung up, hitting the screen as he did so, rolling his eyes.

Harry nodded when Adrian had said hi and Maddi smiled. The two hadn't said anything else really. Maddi pulled out her cell phone and began texting while Harry leaned back. When Keari had mentioned the party, Harry sat up and said, "It'll be fun then, yah?" He stood up walking over to where the two were. He stood behind the chair that Adrian was sitting in just to be in on the conversation more.

Maddi glanced up at the three and said, "Harry you better not have any after-parties at our place. Remember the last time our parents left to promote a movie and we had a party? My allowence is still cut short because of what you did."

Harry rolled his eyes and looked back at Adrian and Keari.

Pulling himself up sharply so he was no longer leaning against Adrian, Kevari bit his toungue and winced slightly as Harry placed himself behind them. Blinking slightly and realizing his friend was nudging him, he nodded. "I'm there, don't worry," he said softly, agitation causing the last syllable to quaver slightly.
Trying to get himself focused, Kevari tried to peer over to see what Adrian's cellphone said. "You forgot to tell her about the pumps. What does she want?"

"Oh just blabbering about some art thing tonight. Apparently I'm going, which means, so are you" He said, noticing his friend's attitude once again. He nodded at Harry.
"Should be good, I mean, my parents don't care, unlike yours" He remembered that night, it hadn't been nice getting busted like that.
"Dude, you can tell her tonight" He moaned, nudging his friend again. "She'll probably get you to coordinate her whole damn outfit" He said, rolling his eyes. He glanced at Maddi, rolling his eyes at her dramatics.
"You have an allowance?" He asked, looking from twin to twin.

"Sounds like loads of fun. I'll come, but only if it's not the Mercurio exibit, modern art is just damn ugly and the man who does it looks like he should have his face on the side of a milk carton." Regaining some of his composure, Kevari smiled slightly. "Do you think she'd let me? I saw those yellow heels in the back of her closet... I don't know why she doesn't use them, they've still got the price tag on the box." He was rambling and h knew it, but it was better than than the odd look he'd caught on his own face in the reflection of he laptop screen. Cocking his head, he glanced at Maddi as well. "An allowance?"

"You should know my mother better. Do you honestly belive she'd be caught dead at a modern art exhibit. It's that Gallery Opening at that new place downtown. Should be lots of stuff to do. Just as long as we look presentable and don't drink too much" He mimicked his mother's voice.
"Yea dude, she'd love it. She knows you're pretty much the only reason my closet has clothes she approves of in it, besides my shoes of course" He said softly, still very much aware of his friend's odd behaviour. He yawned and took another sip of his coffee.
"I might just blow class off all day and sleep" He grumbled, rubbing his tired looking eyes.

Letting out a small huff of laughter, Kevari stood up. "Speaking of class, I've got Calc in a few minutes so I'd better head off. I'll see you afterwards for lunch." Just as he said that, a raucous bell sounded, signifying the block change. Looking down, he lurched towards the door and chuckled slightly, bringing back Adrian's macbook. "Sleep well, princess," he mocked, as he dropped the macbook on Adrian's lap. Shooting a slightly furtive look back at the figure behind Adrian, he left to the hallway.
It was going to be a most interesting year.

"Our parents don't want us to get too rich quick, so we get $500 a week, but now because of Harry we only have $400 a week until we pay for the damages." Maddi shrugged gettling slightly confused by the looks from the other two boys. She then sighed and continued to text. She was picking up on Kevari's dislike for her and her brother, so she just rolled her eyes and continued to text.

Harry angrily added, "We only owe them for another month. It hasn't been that bad and you know it." He rolled his eyes at her and glanced at the two again. He yawned slightly tired and was getting slightly bored. "Good job I came prepared," he muttered to himself while pulling out his itouch. He picked a song and pressed play before putting an earbud in his ear. He looked at Kevari with about the same look he had given him, beginning to wonder what was up with that guy sometimes.

((Woohoohoo... *giggling*

We'll see about that.

But in the mean time, does anyone want to come to Calc with me, or should we all just meet up for lunch? If so, I knight Adrian the maker-of-lunch-plans.))

"See you dude" Adrian said, curling up, exahusted on the couch. He'd probably sleep clear through till lunch.
"That's crazy, my parents don't really care. I had my own credit card by the time I was ten" He said yawning. He pulled out his own phone and fired off a text to Kevari, asking him why the hell he was so tense around the twins. He felt like he was missing something, and it was bothering him, a lot. He sighed and placed his laptop on the floor, he pulled of his jacket and used it for a pillow. Thankfully his parents didn't care about much, or else he would've been in Prep school years ago.

ooc: Maddi could go to calc lol if your charrie doesn't hate her too much haha

OOC: I advocate for skipping to lunch.
Adrian has plans already formed

ooc: awesome, I'm up for that...but sadly I have to go. Morning practice tomorrow and waking up at 4:30 doesn't sound like fun XD

Sitting down in the almost nearly classroom, Kevari placed his head in his hands and groaned, his elbows balanced on the cold marble desk top. Not looking up from the small sanctuary he'd made for himself, he pulled out the vibrating phone from his pocket and nearly trashed it against the wall. Putting his thumbs to good use, he texted back "Nothing." Punctuation, capitalization and good spelling would give him away, but he didn't care at the moment. Throwing the phone gently on the desk, he waited for the rest of his class to file in.

"... and once you differentiate the x^3, what do you get Kevari?"
"Huh? Ah.." He looked around, confused by the faces staring at him. Seeing the female Valentine twin was in his class, he looked back at hte teacher and replied "3x^2".
Three ex squared indeed. What a mess.

As the class ended, he hardly wanted to leave the desk. In comparison to life, numbers were so easy. Colours and inches, those he could deal with. He didn't want to talk to Adrian about it, and hoped his friend would let it drop. Pulling himself out of the desk, he walked into the hallway and realized he hadn't made plans on where to meet Adrian. Surely he would have woken up by now and be wandering around the halls.

Adrian sighed and glared at his phone. Kevari was a rotten liar, and he'd figure it out soon enough. Yawning he sat up, grabbing his laptop and disappearing out of the lounge. He walked lazily down the hall, heading towards his locker to deposite his stuff and then off to find his friend. He checked his cell, he had ten minutes before class was over.

Walking down the hall, he ran straight into his friend.
"Woah, sorry" He said, shaking his head and pulling his headphones out of his ears. The tall, dark haired yawned and ran his fingers through his hair. He glanced at his friend, arching an eyebrow.
"So I was thinking of heading into town for lunch, I have no desire to brave the cafetaria today. What do you think?" He asked, in fact there was a new restaurant opening, and he wanted to check it out.

((So we'll wait, or go out for lunch?))

OOC:: Go out for lunch, I suppose.
The others don't need to be around for that.

((Or do they? *wiggles eyebrows laviciously*))

Nearly falling over, Kevari stumbled as Adrian absentmindedly ran into him. "Well I guess that saves me the trouble of finding you, seems trouble found me instead. Lunch outside sounds great. Did you really sleep all block?" Steadying himself, he followed Adrian out to the parking lot where hundreds of luxury cars were pulling out of the gates.

Adrian shrugged, "In and out really, phone kept going off, so I didn't get a whole lot of sleep.
Apparently there's a new restaurant opening on Seventh Ave, I wanna check it out" He said, walking towards his mustang, keys already out. He sighed, "So are you ever gonna tell me whats going on between you and the twins? Or is this one of those 'Adrian shut up' moments?" He asked eventually. He slid into the car, and started it, letting his friend get in before he joined the cue of cars jockeying for a place to try and get out of the gates.
