"Not at all?" Vaix replied a little awed. It was good to look pretty, but he wanted to at least recodnise the person under all the makeup. He guessed Keith didn't mean it that way, just that he'd be even more awed about her dressing up then he was for her everyday appearance, which in his opinion was very pretty.

"Well I recognized her, but I just totally didn't expect her to look like that" He said, laughing a bit. 'She just took me by suprise" He said, smiling at the memory.

Shaye yawned, and sat up, rubbing her eyes a bit and glancing around tiredly.

"Good afternoon Shaye," Vaix greeted as she woke up. "How was your nap?" He didn't mention all her moving around, he'd see what she'd say first. He smiled and started to fix up her messy hair calmly.

"Fine I guess" She said, letting him fix her hair. She didn't mind him playing with it, in fact she enjoyed it. She smiled at Keith as he returned the smile.
"How was class?" She asked, laughing softly.
"Fine, boring without you" He said with a shrug.

Vaix looked at Keith with a teasing smile, "learn anything interesting?" He'd managed to get Shaye's hair back in order, though it still looked ruffled, that was a job for her comb isntead of her boyfriend.

Roxa had walked around town looking for Shaye and Vaix, but in not seeing them guessed they were at Keith's. She made her way to their front door, still dragging Iggy by both his hands, for whatever reason Iggy seemed very reluctant to go inside. She knocked on the door calmly and waited tos ee if anyone would answer.

"Come in" Keith called at the door after hearing the knock. He was far to lazy to even consider getting up at the moment.
"Nope" He replied in responde to Vaix's question.
Shaye yawned and began to comb her hair using her fingers.

Roxa blinked at Keith's reply, then opened the door and dragged Iggy in. "Hey Keith," she greeted. She spotted Shaye and Vaix on the couch and narrowed her eyes, "and where were you two?" She gave a growl and dropped Iggy watching him drop limply to the ground. "Stop being so whinney," she growled to Iggy. "Pick yourself up off the floor and act civilized please."
Iggy looked up at her with highly depressed eyes, but didn't move.
Roxa groaned and gave a sigh, she redirected her attention to Shaye and Vaix. "Well?"

"Not at school" Shaye replied rolling her eyes a little. She hated on psycho Roxa could be at school. She was only on her first time through and she skipped like crazy.

Vaix looked at Roxa and rolled his eyes, "we're never at school anyway. It's not like this is unusual, Roxa." He looked at Iggy laying on the floor and chuckled. "He probably shouldn't be in here," he pointed at his brother calmly.
Roxa ignored him, "You had to be somewhere today. Keith told me about your getting together."

"So is it any buisness of yours where we were then?' Shaye asked calmly, staring up at Roxa with level eyes. She liked Roxa, but she wasn't going to expalin herself to her. She waited camly for an answer, she didn't want to be mean or anyting, but she also felt she and Vaix had a right to their privacy.

Roxa stared at Shaye, taken by surprise at the question. She narrowed her eyes then grumbled to herself a little, but didn't reply right away. "It's my buisness because someone has to know where you are, incase something bad happens or you get into danger. I like to keep my friends in one peice, thank you." She crossed her arms and gave a sigh, looking down at Iggy again and giving him a look similar to one your mother would give to a child that had been naughty.
"Pick yourself up off the floor, Iggy. You're an embarressment."
Iggy looked up at Roxa, then at everyone else. "Can I go home?" he muttered at a volume lower than a whisper.

"I don't think you have to worry" Shaye said, shaking her head a bit and smiling.
"We're perfectly capaable of taking care of ourselves" She stood up and brushed past Roxa, heading towards her bedroom. She still had to get dressed and shower for the party. She walked into her bedroom and straight into her private washroom, showering quickly. Once she was done, she blow dryed and straightened her hair before pulling it into a side pony tail and pinned a green flower clip at the top.

Keith laughed a little.
"She has a point Roxa, I don't think Shaye's gonna tell you where she'll be all the time" He said shaking his head. Even as a human Shaye had been extremely independant, and had been prone to sneaking out.
"She'll go out of her way to avoid you now, she's really independant"

Vaix gave an agreeing nod looking at Roxa with a smile. "It's best you just leave it Roxa, and learn to drift with the current instead of swim against it."

Roxa rolled her eyes, "if you only drift with the current you get to weak to fight back against it when the need comes." She sighed, "but Keith and you are right, I'll stay out of it."

Shaye stood in front of her full length mirror. Trying on and discarding dresses. Smiling she finally settled on a short, slightly flaired dress. It had a halter top and the skirt fell to just above her knees, although it was longer in the back. As soon as she slid the dress on, she qiuckly re-did her hair, spraying it quickly with spray. She quickly did her make up, taking a bit longer then normal. She smiled and turned her attention to her shoes. She settled on a pair of black stiletto heels. She glanced at her appearance in the mirror and smiled.

Vaix rolled his eyes at her and leaned back. "Good then," he replied bluntly, staring once more at Iggy laying on the floor. During the semi-hostile conversation he'd seemed to redeem a bit of his attitude, which was good. He hated to see his brother pretend to be a carpet.

Shaye smiled, walking down the hall, hoping she looked alright. She came down the hall and walked into the living room.
"Hey" She smiled, glancing around.

"Woah" Keith breathed, staring at his sister. She looked amazing, especially since she had become a vampire.
"You look awesome" He grinned at her.

Vaix looked over, then stared at her in awe for a bit. He did fully recognise her, but he understood what Keith meant from before. Finally he gave a smile, "wow Shaye, you make Cinderella look like a house maid." He stood up and walked over to her a smile on his face, "very pretty." He purred thne gave her a kiss.

Shaye smiled.
"Aww thank " She said, her voice soft as she slid her arms around her neck.
"I'm glad you like it" She said, as Keith coughed in the background.

Vaix for the most part ignored Keith, as well as the grumble Roxa had given. He just smiled and caressed the side of Shaye's face. "Are you ready to go then?" he asked.

"Of course" She said, smiling brightly. She was feeling a bit anxious, but she was doing a fantastic job of supressing it.
"Yea, let's go" Keith said, totally aware that he was being ignored. He couldn't imagine what Shaye did to make herself look so much better then she normally did.

"Where are you going?" Roxa asked alittle innocently after the whole non of your buisness talk. She meant no harm in it, just plain curiousity.
"A party of Shaye's," Vaix sighed back, praying she didn't beg to come. He looked over at her, and blinked at her glare.
"On a school night?" she growled back. "We all have homework you know."
"We all don't take five hours to do it," Vaix chuckled back. "I'm pretty sure we'll be back soon, but it's Shaye's party, so I have no clue on the details."

"Actually Roxa, I don't have any homework" Shaye said, rolling her eyes. She hated being told that it was a school night and she had homework. She turned her green eyes on Roxa, they had almost a challanging apparance to them. She was definately not going to tolerate the constant nagging that Roxa almost always was going on about.

Keith bit his tounge, he had seen the look on Shaye's face, he wouldn't irritate her for all the world at that moment.

Roxa wasn't one to back down from any challenging look or glare, she met Shaye's glare evenly if anything slightly more irritated. "You don't have homework because you hardly attend any school days. So if anything, you have more homework than the rest of us." She glanced at Vaix, he was about just as bad as Shaye, except Shaye usually skipped for company, and Vaix did it because... well actually she wasn't quiet sure why.

Vaix sighed, "It's hardly worth arguing guys. Just drop it, lets go, forget the whole thing and live happy carefree lives." He heard Roxa growl at him for it, but honestly didn't care. She wasn't the one he'd be partying with all night.

Shaye rolled her eyes a little but smiled.
"It's not like you're coming Roxa, you can stay here and do your homework" She said smiling a little. She despised homework and rarely did it. Most of her teachers, especially the male one, would just give her a mark anyway, especially if she spoke to them during or after class. She turned, waiting for Keith and Vaix.

Keith rose to his feet and laughed a bit. He sighed, "She never does her homework anyway Roxa, so theres no point in arguing" He said, rolling his eyes at Shaye.

"I know," Roxa sighed softly. "But you boys have no excuse," she waggled a finger at them as she spoke, "I'll let you go this once. But don't get used to it. I'm not going to watch your grades drop because of Shaye's nasty habits."

Vaix rolled his eyes, "okay mom." He took Shaye's hand, then started for the door, trying to get out of her before Roxa changed her mind about letting them go peacefully.

Iggy just smiled at the four's discomfort.
