One x One with: Blacksoal

Vaix glanced over as a boy called out to Shaye, then smiled and gave a nod of agreement. Smiling back at Shaye friendly, standing behind her as she looked at makeup. He wasn't a fan of the stuff, but he didn't trust Shaye to be alone in there and come back out any time soon without his requesting first.

Shaye smiled and finally decided on a small eye shadow case. Grinning she walked over the counter and paid for it.
"There" She said, "I needed some new stuff" She said, accepting the small bag that the sale's attendant handed to her.
The manager of the store walked over to Shaye, "Hello miss, I couldn't help noticing you, and was wondering if you'd be willing to do some modeling work for us?" He asked, smiling. Shaye grinned. "Uh maybe" She replied, glancing at Vaix to see his reaction.

Vaix blinked as Shaye was offered a modelling job, though he couldn't say he was surprised. He smiled, then gave a shrug when she looked back at him. Kissing her cheek neatly, and wrapping his arms tightly around her. "If you want to, go ahead," he muttered softly, "I won't object. Just don't have them dress you to revealing." He didn't have a problem seeing her that way, he just had a problem seeing everyone else see her that way.

"I'll think about it. Do you have a card?" She asked, smiling as the man handed her a small card, his number writtien on it.
"I'll call you tomorrow" She said, taking her bag and leading Vaix from the store.
"Nothing too revealing?" She teased, thinking of her suprise for him tomorrow.

"Please," Vaix replied rather politely. Walking beside her calmly and flinching slightly at the Idea of having her practically nude on a poster in the mall. He sighed and wrapped an arm around her. "You'll make me jealous otherwise." He muttered back with a smile and a light kiss to her cheek.

"Oh?" She arched an eyebrow at him, smiling curiously. She had no idea what was going on his head, but it couldn't be the same thing that was going on in her's. She flipped her hair over her shoulder, glancing around the mall, it was amazing, at least in her opinion.

Vaix gave a nod, smiling comfortably as he walked with her. "I don't want others to see you like in such a manner. I thought that was supposed to be the boyfriend privileges." He chuckled,glancing at stores they passed by. "Any ideas on where you'd like to go next?"

Shaye laughed, "I suppose that makes sense" She said, understanding what he was talking about finally.
"Has anyone ver told you that you worry to much? I do have some standerds" She teased lightly. She glanced around. "Hmm, not really. Should we just wander, or do you just want to take off? I'm good with either"

Vaix blinked then shrugged at her question. "Either or is good with me," he muttered calmly. Then sighed, glade Shaye had standerds. Not that he'd believed she didn't first off, it was just good to be reasurred they were there...

Shaye laughed, "Sheesh, what did you think of me?" She teased, grinning at her and running her hands through her hair. She grinned at Vaix, and laced her fingers with his.
"So do you think I should model? I mean I've been asked, but I've never accepted"

Vaix smiled softly, "as I said before. If you want to do it. Go ahead, I won't object." He kissed her forehead neatly as they wandered through the store, he thought it over a bit more and shruugged again. "You'd be good at it though. You're very attractive in anything you put on."

Shaye laughed softly.
"You're just saying that cause you're my boyfriend, you're like obligated to compliment me" She teased, she knew she was pretty, but modeling was a pretty big deal. She shrugged, she wanted to think about this. It wasn't a huge deal, just some make up in some random mall, but who knew where it could lead.

"Obligated," Vaix repeated with a roll of his eyes. "If I didn't think it I wouldn't say it Shaye. Words can't hurt if they're not spoken." He kissed her cheek gently then gave her hand a loving squeeze. Then roamed farther into the mall with her. "You'd be a good model," he muttered softly, "ou'd become very famous very quickly. In that job."

"Famous? I dunno if I could handle that" She said, with a shrug. As a mortal she had often thought about doing something like that, but now it seemed a bit much, particularly the always being in the spotlight thing. She wasn't sure if her family could handle that.
"Could you deal with that? Me being famous and traveling and stuff?"

"If it was a life that made you happy, I'd be okay with it." Keep in mind though, for a vampire, being famous is a pain. People will watch you closely, and it only takes ten or so years of that to realize you don't look a day older than when you started out, that you don't 'eat' right. Not that it's that big of a deal, you just pull a disappearing act on them when you've had enough. It would be a small taste of fame, for a vampire anyway." He shrugged, for a human, he was sure ten years of fame was alot, but for a vampire, it was little more than a blink in time.

Shaye nodded thoughtfully, "I dunno, when I was mortal or whatever, I always wanted to be a model or an actress or something, but now, now that sort of seems pointless" She said with a casual shrug. It was weird, the moment she had learned she was immortal, all of her dreams had somewhat vanished.

Vaix blinked, then gave a soft laugh at her explanation, "that happens." He muttered softly in return, "no ones making you be a model Shaye. I said I'd stick with you if you agreed, and I'd do the same if you turned them down. It doesn't make much difference to me. It really is just your decision." The arms he ad over her shoulder tightened to a hug, then went limp again on her shoulder. "Do what makes you happy," he said calmly.

Shaye nodded her head, listening calmly to his explenation. She sighed, it was still strange, to have wanted something her entire life, but then suddenly not care anymore. She frowned, but quickly brightened again.
"I'll consider it" She murmured, relieved that he understood where she was coming from.

"Of course," Vaix replied back. "No rush needed, if that guys so eager to have you, he can wait." He kissed Shaye's cheek, then roamed around a bit more, blue eyes flicking from one store to the next. He swerved as the passage they took started to lead to the food court in the mall, it smelled to gross for him to stand around a place with more than one restaurant cooking. Due to his sensitive nose, it could be a little more than over whelming, and with Shaye still being a newborn, it would be twice as hard on her. So he walked off down some other hall, arm still draped casually over her shoulder still with the collected look his always had.

"Ew" Shaye said as they neared the foodcourt, the intese smells were nearly overwhelming. "Ugh" She turned, pressing her nose into his neck, trying to avoid breathing. She sighed, letting him steer her, which was nice, considering she could only really see the pale skin of his neck at the moment.
"See anything you want to stop and look at?" She asked, straightening her neck once they were a far enough distance away from the disgusting smells that had nearly caused her to gag. She nearly laughed, not so long ago she would've found the aromas pleasent and probably would've been in there eating with friends after a long day of spending money.

"Not really. You?" He asked back. Glancing over at her, it was apparent that they were starting to head in a circle, due to their sensitivity to mortal food, he was sure there really wasn't much else they could look at, unless Shaye really wanted to go deeper, but that would include running through the food court. He sighed, then gave a shrug, "anything in particular you like to look for when your shopping Shaye?"

"Not really, I tend to just wander and browse, unless of course I'm shopping for an occasion. Like a birthday or grad or something" She said, pressing her face against his neck again.
"Urgh, I think I'm good" She said, not wanting to brave the foodcourt yet.
"Wanna head back? Or we could go explore the city or something" She murmured, smiling a bit, though she knew he couldn't really see the smile.

"That sounds good," Vaix muttered back with a smile of his own, then headed out around the halls towards the exit of the mall. As soon as he opened the door, it was a relief, the crisp winter air cleared any traces of the food court he'd stored away. He took a deep breath, then let it out slowly as he glanced over at Shaye happily. "I'm glad that's done, to be honest. I'm not really one for shopping..."

"I know. I'll come back later on my own or something" She said, grinning as she too, inhaled the crisp, clean air. It felt nice, and cleared the scent of food court that was lingering with her. She glanced around, seeing the car on the farside of the parking lot, not that the walk bothered her at all. She grinned at Vaix, knowing he was not a huge shopping fan, she however loved it, and was fine with coming back to the mall by herself. She generally made friends fairly easily and knew that she would have a few here in no time.

Vax glanced over at the car as well, "You want to take a walk, or a drive? Either is fine with me." He didn't mind drives anymore, though they used to scare him, it had taken fourty years fo him to adjust after going so long without the existance of them. He glanced at Shaye for her answer.
