One x One with: Blacksoal

Vaix blinked as he was pulled back in one moment, an to the next had Saye crying in his shirt, pleading his forgivness. He stared wide-eyed at her, with a soft confused frown at how very quickly she seemed to want too change her mind lately. "Hey," he breathed, unsure what to do. "It's...okay. You haven't done anything." He wrapped his arms around her comfertingly, seeing as how it was the only thing he could think to do for her. He sighed and closed his eyes, frowning at hearing her pain. "Calm down," he whispered softly, "it's alright."

Michelle flinched as Shaye took off, then in a better judgement, took off through her bedroom window and hid off somewhere near the house.

She sighed, relieved that he was being so forgiven.
"I'm sorry, I guess talking to him made me feel sort of guilty" She said with a small frown. She pressed closer to him, it was true. Michelle's speech, particularly the part about going back to Sara had made her feel insanely guilty. She bit her lip, glancing up at him and sighing.
"Are you mad at me?" She asked, wanting to go back to the carefree mood they had had earlier. She sighed, she heard Michelle leave the room, which was good, she didn't want anything to do with him.
"I think I have to throw out like half my clothes" She grumbled playfully, trying to lighten the mood.

"Why?" Vaix asked curiously, then frowned, "did Michelle ruin you're clothes or something?" The idea of Michelle breaking into Shaye's room just to destroy her things and make her feel guilty annoyed him, but then again, there was little about Michelle that didn't annoy him.
"Don't let him make you feel guilty," Vaix grumbled slightly sourly, "he's hardly worth it. I mean, you hear him talk about being lonely and friendless. But does he ever speak about why? Doesn't it seem weird that after hundreds upon hundreds of years of living he doesn't have anything but a drug adiction?" Vaix frowned, then shook his head with a sigh, holding Shaye even tighter, as if he were concerned about Michelle comming to take her at this very second.

Shaye sighed, "He was smoking in my closet. Half my stuff smells like smoke" She said with a small frown. She sighed, happy that he wasn't mad at her, and holding her tighter.
"I suppose. I guess he just managed to tug at my heart strings" She said softly. "But you're right, all he does is make you feel bad, but never gives you a reason why" She murmured, hiding her face against him, before pulling away.
"Do we have an air freshener? I need to see if I can salvage a few of my things" She said softly, she took his hand and led him to the closet. Coughing as she stepped inside.
"Ew" She complained, the scent of smoke nearly over powered her, and she began to cough, quiet badly.

Vaix followed her around closely, and it was easy for anyone to tell he was being protective after having Michelle break in and push him off Shaye's favour, even if only for a moment. And that in itself spooked him.
He wrinkled his keen nose at the over powering smell of smoke that had gathered in the contained space, then shook his head. "No idea." He ignored the priickle of caution he got from the smell, though it was more something to be welcomed than pushed aside. Smoke usually meant fire, and fire to a vampire or human or any other living thing, usually meant death.
He walked out of the closet and reopened the window Michelle had closed on his way out in an attempt to air the room out of Michelle's overpowering stench. He frowned as Iggy's scent caught his nose, then glanced over at the figure peeking in from behind the door, with a worried frown. He stared back at Vaix and flinched at hos big brother's glare.
"You didn't kill him did you?"
"Unfortunately," Vaix muttered back coldly at his brother.
Iggy blinked, then glanced at the closet, "is Shaye upset?" The question ws more directed at her than Vaix despite the use of her name.

"I'm fine Iggy" She said softly, waving her arms around as she continued to cough. She pulled a shirt off a hanger and smelt it.
"Damn" She snarled, her entire closet smelled off smoke.
"I swear next time I see him, if you don't kill him, I will" She grumbled under her breath as she tossed the new ruined shirt on the floor. She glanced at Vaix, her eyes watering from the scent.
"Like half my stuff is completely saturated in the smell" She whined, shaking her hair. She brought a handful of it to her nose, "So is my hair" She grumbled, shaking her head again.

Vaix sighed and gave her an amused smile, "yeah? Can't you just wash your clothes to get rid of the smell? Or is it stuck in there for eternity?" He chuckled, then glanced back at Iggy. "And you," he muttered with a low growl, "beat it before I help you."
Iggy blinked again, then turned rather calmly and walked back downstairs.
Vaix rolled his eyes at his brother and stared back at Shaye with an amused smile. "We might be able to save the clothes," he teased, "but you're haor will smelle like smoke forever..." He was lying of course, if anything her hair would lose it faster, but it was entertaining to freak her out over such things. He chuckled, sitting calmly on the bed to watch her.

"I doubt we can wash it out. It's all stuck in the fabric" She grumbled, watching Iggy leave. She shuddered theatrically, "My hair will not, or else I'll have to chop it all off" She teased, knowing he liked her long hair. As a joke she shortened it, almost into a guy's cut.
"See?" She said, placing her hands on her hips and striking a 'model' pose. She laughed and changed it back, she wasn't fond of short hair either. She watched him sit on the bed, and a playful smile spread over her pale features. Crouching a bit, she pounced, landing on him and pinning him to the bed.

Vaix watched her shorten her hair, then shook his head and gave her a look. He liked her hair long, and even if she cut it off, couldn't she just shift it into being long again? His thoughts were cut off when she lunged and pinned him to the bed, making him utter a surprised grunt as he was pinned down. He stared up at her, raising a brow, then smiling. "Now look who's being pushy," he teased, "do you push you're boyfriends around?" He laughed, then craned his neck up to kiss her lips lightly before laying limp on the bed.

She laughed softly, her voice light.
"No, only you" She said, smiling as he kissed her and she slid off of him, disappearing back inside the closet. She tossed out a few more ruined things, the scent of the smoke was just to strong.
"I hate him" She grumbled, as she took a favorite black skirt and tossed it in the pile. She sighed, "I'm sorry, I guess he just got to me, believe me, it won't happen again" She said, looking pointedly at her clothes, although it was more of a joking look.

Vaix sat up when she let go, then smiled at her comment. "That's good, you had me scared for a minute or two there..." He sighed, the idea of Shaye chasing Michelle down was somehow very welcoming in his mind. To the point where he wished Michelle would show up again, just so he could watch the other vampire get in trouble.
"What did he say that got you so worked up in his lie?" Vaix asked curiously, there had to have been one specific thing that caught her attention. Or maybe, it was just the way the speach had been strung together. He frowned, his hands clenching at the thought of Shaye having sympathy for that man.

Shaye let out a soft sigh.
"Well the whole thing was pretty deperessing, but I guess what really struck me was when he said he'd be willing to go back to Sara, cause at least he had a purpose then" She said, brushing a piece of her now long hair behind her ear. She let her green eyes flick up, focusing on Vaix's for a second before dropping them back to the runied clothing.

Vaix blinked, then tilted his head one way, then smiled, then laughed. "He said that?" Vaix laughed again, then shook his head in disbelief. He bit his bottom lip slightly, then sighed. Watching Shaye with a raised brow. "Shaye, honestly. If he was in that much pain, he wouldn't be alive today. He's desparet for something, I don't know what, but he is. Trust me, someone like him doesn't have the backbone to offer himself up to slavery." He smiled, then looked at the open window. Michelle scent still seeped in slightly, which told him the other vampire hadn't run far. So he would still be lingering around, searching for whatever he was after.

"Yea" She said, hiding in the closet again as she checked her clothes.
"I know, it was stupid, but odviously he knew what to say to make me feel bad" She said, running her fingers through her hair and tossing a light blue shirt onto the pile.
"I wonder what he's after then" She said, she too noticed hsi scent, which told her he was closer, which worried her. She kicked the pile of clothes out of the way and sighed, "At least he didn't ruin any of my dresses" She murmured.

Vaix smiled at Shaye as she continued to compalin over her lost clothes. He sighed, then shook his head, "I wish I knew." He glanced at the window, then made his way over once again to peer out of it curiously. Michelle was there, a ways off, in the front lawn, sitting on the grass and having another smoke in a calm, unrattled way. As if he thought he were safe.
Vaix growled slightly, then sighed. "Please tell me you'll attack him the next time he runs into you're room..." He glanced over at Shaye with a half smile. There was no doubt, he'd bet his life savings on it, Michelle would attempt to get with Shaye again, and as much as it made him furious, Vaix would hold off on killing the pathetic vampire so long as Shaye wished it.

Shaye smiled, "Our room, not mine, ours" She said, still digging in the closet.
"I will, he ruined my favorite jeans" She said, growling as she pulled the fantastic jeans from the closet and tossed them in the pile. She walked over to the bed, curling up next to him. Michelle's scent permeated the room, and it was bugging her.

Vaix watched Shaye, then smiled softly. "Good," he purred. Glancing at the window with a mixed confused expression. He could close it, then Michelle's scent would leave, but the smoke would stay... He sighed, then fell back limply on the bed, hands crossed behind his head as he did in a rather casual-like manner. "I'm sorry he's such a pain. I'd get him to leave if I could. But chances are if I tried he'd only be more determined..."

"Just as long as he doesn't come in here again" She said softly, shaking her head. She sat up, "We really need some air freshener" She grumbled, walking over to an unmarked box and begining to dig in it, searching desperatly for something to freshen the air.

Vaix gave an agreeiing nod, then watched her with a slight smile as she rummaged through all her things in search of an air freashener. "We might have to head out to find one. I'm sure there will be plenty of stores carrying them..." He didn't sit up, being far to lazy at the moment to do any such thing right now.

"Are you suggesting shoppping? Because I do need some new jeans right now, and he managed to get smoke in some of your clothes too" She said softly, knowing that would bug him. She sighed and ran her fingers through her hair.
"This is so aggrivating" She grumbled tossing an empty bottle out of the box.
"How did this even get packed?" She said, digging even deeper in the box. Now she was head first in the box, legs flailing in the air as the box was huge.

Vaix looked over and laughed, then with a defeated sigh, sat up. He smiled, watching junk fly across the room and her feet flail everywhere. He laughed at her, but mad no real attempt to help her. It was just a box after all, if she hurt herself doing what she was, there was obviously a problem with her. Though he wouldn't run it past her to do such a thing either. Shaye was very special after all. He laughed again and watched her. "Are you stuck?" he asked curiously.

"No" Replied a muffled voice, "Just enjoying the view of the bottom of this box" She replied, rocking back and forth until finally, the box tipped, spilling her and the remaining contents all over the floor.
"Not stuck at all" She said, running a hand through her now messy hair.
"Shopping?" She said, smiling up at him, she had assumed that was why he had dragged himself off of the bed, but she wanted to make sure.

"I suppose," Vaix muttered, he wasn't a fan of shopping. THough he knew how Shaye loved it. He sighed, frowning, then shaking his head with a soft laugh. He stood then took the two steps in distance over to her and held out a hand to help her up. "Silly girl," he muttered with a smile, "poking your nose into big boxes." He too her hand and hauled her up, kissing her forehead as she neared, then lead her out of the bedroom, smiling contently at her company.

Shaye grinned.
"What can I say, those boxes love me" She teased, lacing her fingers with his as they walked.
"So are we taking my car?" She asked, poking her head in the living room. Keith was sound asleep on the couch, not that she blamed him, he was pretty emotionally torn up right now. She smiled at Vaix and grabbed her keys from the hook.
"Come on" She sang softly, leading the way out of the house.

Vaix let her tug him along, with nothing but a smile to show his current emotion. He watched Keith as they left, if only the vampire knew what he'd missed during his sleep. He smield more so than he was already, then followed Shaye outside and to the car. He was fully aware of Michelle watching their every move outside. Which he found more annoying than spooky as he climbed into the passanger side, then glared back at Michelle and stuck out his toungue. Seeing the other vampire's look of extreme dislike at his actions made him smirk, but do nothing more.
