Blood Lust

'Yeah, how did Skye get in the house?", Alex said. Sire shrugged, a little guilty.

"She scares me..." Selena repeated.

"I know."

"I wonder if she'd always been like that..." Selena said, deep in thought now.

"Probably not."

Selena looked at Alex. "How do you think she got that way, then?" She asked, seeing what kind of theory he would come up with.

"Yu could ask her."

Selena looked at Alex. "But that would mean being near her."

"true..'

Selena stared at Alex. "I don't trust her..."

"Me niether."

Selena sighed and stood up. "Which way back to your house?" She asked Alex, with a lost expression on her face.

"Follow me."

Selena nodded in agreement.

*later, back at Alex's house*

Selena half stumbled, half staggered to the guest bedroom. Her rather strange wake up call made her even more tired than she already was.

Alex locked the window to the guest room, and all the other windows, to prevent Skye from getting back in.

Selena had made it to the guest room and now she only needed to make it to the bed. She made it halfway to the bed before she tripped and fell flat on the floor. She moaned a little and then fell silent. "I'll just sleep here cause I'm too lazy to get up." She muttered, closing her eyes.

Alex saw Selena laying on the floor, and carried her to bed.

Selena opened her eyes and looked at Alex. "I was ok on the floor. You didn't have to carry me to bed." She said softly.

"I just wnated you to be more comfortable."

"Aww, thank you." Selena said quietly.

"I just wnated you to be more comfortable."

Selena smiled. "Thank you... and... goodnight..." She said softly and quietly, closing her eyes and drifting to sleep again.

Alex smiled and locked the window, and then walked out of the room.
