"Really?" Vaix replied with a smile. He took in some air, the other vampire's wound he carried on his shoulder, which had recently been bleeding, smelled good against his hunger. He started to walk forward, small steps so as to not spook his prey. "How do you know she isn't in trouble now?" he asked with a small tilt of his head. Edging closer still towards the other vampire. He took in Leon's qualitys, what he should be worried about if something didn't go his way... "May I ask of your name?" Vaix asked calmly.

"I know she's in trouble,but even I try to save her,She might run off."Leon said."My name is leon and who are you?"He asked,as he looked at him.

"Alright," Adrian said while continuing to run at her pace for the moment. He had to recall where she lived, and afterwards he decided that it was about a mile away. He could get her to the street, but she would have to lead him from there. He, without consent from her, picked her up from the ground and began running at his own pace. It took her a moment to catch her breath, as she'd been holding it the entire time. She slowly stepped away from him, a sudden realization hitting her. She glanced down at her hand, at his hand, all the while backing up into a tree a few feet away. Always cover your back, she'd been taught. At least she'd be able to watch it when he killed her.
If he killed her. Why take her home? Why get her this far only to take her... unless he didn't intend to kill her? Why would he save her? There were so many questions with the same starting word... so finally she just said it.
As her eyes quit wandering in search for an answer she could only find in him, she began to run a hand through her hair until she felt a warm, wet spot of blood form on her forehead where she had spread the blood.
"Why?" She whispered so gently that human ears wouldn't have noticed.

"Vaix, my name is Vaix," he replied to Leon with a smile. He stepped closer, soft unheard steps. The expression on his face was friendly, an allusion that he meant no harm. "So chase her then, if you care about her well being. She'll adapt to your company, if you force it on her." He slunk closer, the smell of blood on Leon's shoulder was starting to blind his social skills. His ice blue eyes started to change from their regular shade to a dark souless black colour, making it seem as if he had no iris in his eyes at all anymore. His posture started to tense, as if to leap, but the change was so well hidden it was hardly noticable. He took in a deep breath, "what's happened to your shoulder? If you don't mind my asking." He pointed at Leon's bleeding shoulder with on of his pale white fingers.

Leon nodded.He was about to run off when he asked about his shoulder.Why does he want to know?Leon thought to himself.He then backed up some."I got in a fight with someone."Leon lied.He didn't want him to find out what really happen.Leon backed up some more.

Vaix tilted his head to one side, "with who the girl?" He laughed at his response, a mortal geeting the better of a vampire amused him. If only his regular prey was so fisty. THe vampire should be a pleasent change in competition though. "So, Leon...Do you like games?" He smiled, an almost phycotic look crossed his face. "I'm hungry you see," he explained, "and you smell really good." He eyed up Leon's shoulder. "But I'm not without my bordum, so I'd like this to be interesting. A game...sorta. You win, you keep all your blood. You lose, I get it... What'ya day?"

"No and sure."Leon said.He felt like running,but he could probbly beat him."You make the move first."Leon said,as he looked at him.You can win.Leon said to himself.

Vaix chuckled softly at Leon's willingness to bet his life, or at least some blood. Vaix wasn't sure he was interested enough in Leon to drain the kid completely. He'd take enough to make his thirst stop it's burning sensation that lingered in the back of his throat. He started to walk forward, like a wild cat stalking it's prey. His movments where silent and swift, his eyes deep and focused on Leon's posture of any movement plans. He took in a long breath of air, tasting Leon's scent of blood on his tounge. Vaix crouched lower, "try to make this interesting." He told Leon with a playfull smile before lunging foward with the speed of a car, and agility of a snake.

Leon nodded and saw him comeing towards him.He vanished andwas behinded Vaix."Nice try."Leon said,as he jumped back.His fangs showed as Leon smirked.His wound hurt,but he didn't want to lose.

Vaix hissed in surprise when he found Leon behind him and spun around to face the other vampire with a toothless smirk of his own. "Good job," he replied with an almost respectful tone. "Dodge this one then," he grinned, fangs expossed, and felt his blood pumping inside him as he started to get excited with the hunt. His speed whent up another knotch, and became blurred to the mortal eye. He lunged again, but this time straight up into the air, above Leon. He could be seen for only a slit second as gravity caught up with him at the highest point of his arch, before his speed was once again blurred into shadow as he decended straight for Leon.

Leon backed up as he saw him go straight in the air.Where did he go?Leon thought to himself.He closed one eyes and saw him.Leon leaped back.

Vaix had anticipated this movement, his feet had barely touched the ground before he propelled himself forward at Leon before the other vampire could regulate himself. Like a cat playing with an injured mouse, he slamed an attack right on leon's chest cavity. Then leaped back.

Adrian looked at her while she was in thought. He saw her rub her hand through her hair, and then he saw the blood. He bit his lip then to control himself. This was really tough for him, he almost couldn't stand it. He watched her for a moment longer until she asked 'Why?'
He thought for a moment debating what the right thing to say was, but for now he couldn't think of a reason.
He almost starting saying something, but then quickly stopped. He changed his idea of what to say and then said, "Just go home." That was all he could form the words form; he had never connected with his prey, and he didn't want to bluntly explain everything.
After a moment he then said, "If you want to talk more, then talk to me tomorrow after I've eaten."
From there he turned around and began walking down the sidewalk holding back his instinct to go and kill her. The smell of the blood was really getting to him; especially because it was all over his hand now.

Of course that was it, because Sami would not have taken it any other way and still been willing.
But there was something needed to be said. If he was a vampire, she'd given him far too much grief without having said a word. She had already started off towards her house, which was only a few houses down, when she turned around, her gaze plagued with apology.
"I'm sorry... About the blood, I mean. I didn't mean to--that is, if I'd have known I would have been more careful... or at least tried not to get it so close to you," she stuttered out a reply, but as she spoke, she realized that more than likely, he didn't care.
So she turned back around, cradled her hand to her chest and ran home.

Leon coughed up blood and his one eyes was closed.Come on,leon.You can win.Leon kept on saying to himself.Leon didn't want to lose.He ran at Vaix at full speed.He still was in pain,but he could get over it.

Vaix grinned at the smell of fresh blood, even if it had been vomited it was still blood, and it smelled so good. He watched Leon race at him, his speed a little lagged from Vaix's last hit. It was his turn to dodge now. He side stepped neatly out of the way, slaming down on Leon's back as the other vampire passed him. "Make it interesting," he taugnted the him with a smile.

Leon felt the pain and turned around.He looked at Viax and nodded.He appeard behinded him and kicked him in the back hard.Enough force to knock him on the ground.

Vaix felt a sharp stab of pain in his back, before he could respond he'd hit the floor with a dull thud. He twisted around to stare at Leon in surprise before breaking into laughter, "good!" He praised with a smile, forcing himself to ignore his pains. Vaix twisted again like a cat, and in a flash, was on his feet again, mere inches away from Leon. "I'm still hungry though..." He replied softly.

Leon wacthed him.It was Vaix turn now and he was ready.

Vaix grinned when Leon made no responsive move to how close he was. He could easliy strike from here, and he fully intended to. A hand shot forward and gripped Leon's hair, he ripped the boy's head toward him, exposing his neck. "You lose," he breathed before sinking his teeth into Leon's neck.

Leon felt the pain.His was already in lots of pain and he felt his fangs go in Leon's neck.Leon knew he was going to lose in the first place.

Vaix relaxed when he felt blood seep down his throat, hiding his pain for another time. He took only what he needed, not in the mood to kill Leon. Once he'd taken his fill he pulled his fangs away, and licked his lips to free them from any extra blood that might linger there. He backed off from Leon with a soft smile of contentment. "Thanks friend," he smiled again, before turning and walking off happily with his hand craddled in his jean pockets.

"Your welcome."Leon said,as he wachted him walk off.Leon went to house that no one has live in for a year.The house was still godd and Leon went upstairs.He layied on his side and took a nap.

Once home, Sami ran straight into the bathroom, where she washed and bound her wound. When she finished doing this, she took in a deep breath and sighed. Though she was curious, the excitement of last night had confirmed to her that she had no business in the affairs of any vampire, and so tomorrow night, she would be sleeping, not wandering around looking for blood suckers.
But as she sat in class the rest of the day, fading in and out of consciousness, she was beginning to believe otherwise. She needed to know now. Perhaps she would be one of the only people to ever survive encountering a vampire.
By the end of school, she'd decided: She would be back.
