This Mask is Not Me

Roxa laughed a little and looked at Lily with an amused smile. She too, liked the smell, but she wasn't as caught up in it as the boys seemed to be. She watched Iggy press up against Lily's shoulder, and rolled her eyes. Iggy and Keith had literally just switched places, she smiled and fussed Keith some more.

Vaix streached as well and sat up, but didn't move from the couch. He smiled and chuckled at her comment, "I only have one set of clothes." He angled his back in a streach, it felt cramped after fuzing back with his wings, which were still visable in a tatto-like state. Vaix glanced at Shaye, and couldn't help but let his eyes observe her as she stood before him in a swim suite. It occured to him that he was sitting on the couch in his boxers. He sighed and stood, "I'm going to put my clothes back on." Vaix laughed a bit at what he'd said and walked over to were he'd left his clothes...all over the floor.

Keith yawned and kicked out his legs, careful to not hit Lily. He glanced at Iggy and growled, wanting his iPod back. He narrowed his eyes, comtemplating making a lunge for the iPod. He kept his eyes narrowed on the iPod, wanting it back, almost desperately now.

Shaye laughed, "I guess I should get dressed as well" She said, brushing out her dark hair with her fingers and grabbing the blue, slightly tattered dress off the over stuffed chair. She walked into the washroom and pulled her dress over her swim suite. She admired her self in the mirror for a moment. She was a complete mess, but she didn't care. Concentrating, she lengthed her hair a bit, and gave it layers. It looked quiet different.

Vaix scooped up his clothes and just pulled them back on, rearanging his hair so that it wasn't as messy as before and leaned against the wall as he waited for Shaye. He was always curious about when she changed into new clothes, because normally it was more than just the clothes. Her hair for example, was one of the tings she liked to change, and her eye colour, maybe even her skin tone. He waited patiently, yet curiously for her.

Iggy didn't notice Keith's thinking, the Ipod hung limply from two fingers, uncared for but there for the simple reason that he didn't want Keith to have it. He gave another vast, fang exposing yawn and watched Keith with sleepy, yet playfull eyes.

Keith narrowed his eyes and lunged forward, snagging the iPod from Iggy and settling back against Roxa. Smiling he shoved the earbuds in his ears and crancked up the music. He smiled, and stuck the iPod back into his pocket, so that Iggy couldn't grab it.

Shaye stepped out from the washroom. Her hair bounced a bit. She had only changed her hair, nothing else, for once. She laughed, "Hey" She said, running figners through it and walking over to him.
"Shall we go down stairs and explore?" She asked, grinning. It was early in the morning so stuff was begining to open.

Iggy blinked and looked at his empty hand that used to hold an ipod, he looked at Keith and laughed. Eyeing up the ear phones for second before deciding to let Keith have his peace.

Vaix observed her new hair, then did a quick sweep of her to see if anything else had changed.
"Exploring sound wonderful," he replied back with a smile. He seldem liked to be caught up in the same spot for too long, which was why he hated the repeatitive acts school provided.
He streached out an offering hand to Shaye.

"Awesome" She said, sliding her hand in his and leading the way out of the hotel.
"We can go shopping for some snowboard stuff" She said, smiling at him. They both also needed some clothes. It would look bad if she were to just go walking around in her dress in the huge mountain resort. She might not get cold, but she had to fake it, or else they would look really weird.

Keith sighed, content that he had his music now. He was definately a music addict, and had been known to fly almost anywhere for a concert, depending on the band, of course.

"Sure sure," Vaix replied back letting her lead him around. Of course he had no idea where he was going, so it was better to just have Shaye drag him around until he became familiar with things. The air was crisp out in the mountains, everything outside was layered in thick white snow. He watched it snow softly over the town as Shaye lead him around. Lots of people stared at them from under their winter jackets, seeing as how Vaix was in jeans and a t-shirt and Shaye was in a summer dress. He smiled and chuckled softly and carried on.

Iggy had never really cared all too much for music, he was more for movies and books. Though he did like some music, most of it being instrumental instead of with a singer. He glanced up at Lily before looking at Roxa with sleepy content eyes.

Keith stuck his tounge out at Iggy, but laughed a bit, to let his friend know he was just teasing. He kicked out his legs again, once again careful to avoid hitting anyone. He was fairly tall, and the small airport seating was really irritating.

"Come on, theres some stores" Shaye said, smiling a bit self-conciously. A group of people, mainly guys were staring at them.
"This is ridiculous, we need clothes" She muttered, running her fingers through her hair, it was a bit of a nervous habit.
"Hey" One of the guys called out, bounding over to them. "You coming to that party tonight?" He asked, ignoring Vaix and staring at Shaye.
"Oh, you're the guy from next door" She said, shaking her head. "I guess" She shrugged a bit.

Iggy pulled his legs in to Give Keith more room, Iggy was fairly tall too, but he liked dark, cramped spaces. Which was why he lived in basements and closets and things. He stuck out his own tongue at Keith and smiled back at him.

Vaix stared at the guy as he sped up and practically stood inbetween him and Shaye. He sighed, but by this point he was used to seeing guys hit on her dispite her having a relationship already. He was fine with it, as long as they didn't touch her.
"We'll be there," he said calmly to the guy, then looked at Shaye with a soft smile.

"Awesome" The guy said, glancing startled at Vaix, as if he hadn't seen him till then.
He waved at Shaye, and smiled brightly.
"Awesome, see you then" She called, turning her attention back to Vaix, and smiling at him.
"Come on, I know you hate shopping, but now it's a neccessity" She said, laughing.

Keith kicked Iggy gently, not enough to hurt, but enough to bug him a bit. The two, although not related, we're almost like brothers. Having lived and traveled together for so long had made them so.

"Necessity," Vaix grumbled with a soft sigh and a roll of his eyes. "Alright, lead the way then." He forced himself to smile, though the idea of shopping for a new wardrobe was highly unappealing to him at the moment, he wanted to explore, not shop. He forced himself to get over it as he was lead along.

Iggy blinked, then narrowed his eyes playfully at Keith. He stuck out his tongue and booted Keith back gently, yet firmly.

Keith growled, shoving Iggy a bit harder with his foot, trying to knock him off the chair.

"As soon as we get ski stuff, we can hit the slopes" She sad, walking into a board shop and heading straight for the snow boards. She knew exactly what she wanted and needed.
"As soon as I get my stuff, I can find some stuff for you" She said, smiling at him as she looked critically at the boards.

Iggy growled back as the chair rocked, he smiled devilishly and booted Keith's chair directly in attempts to make it flip over on him.
Roxa groaned as the peacful moment was ruined by the two boy's childish play. She sighed, "come on guys, you're disturbing the peace."

Vaix gave a nod, "kay," was all he said back as he followed her along to the store. They stopped at the boards and he watched Shaye with curiousity, then looked around. Most of the board bottoms were decorated in pictures. He walked along the row, looking carfully at each one purely out of interest.

"Argh" Keith hissed as he was sent flying from the chair. "Yea Iggy, you're disturbing the peace" He said, rolling his eyes a bit. He pushed his chair back up and settled himself again, head leaning against Roxa's shoulder.

Shaye ahd quickly picked out all her stuff. "There" She said, turning and smiling at him.
"Babe, those are girls boards" She called, smiling at him and pointing to the other side of the room, there were a lot more boards.
"Those ones are guys" She said, walking over and leading him towards the guys boards.

Iggy laughed at him and stuck out his tongue again as he was accused of disturbing the peace. "You started it Keith," he replied with a smile, then leaned against Lily again, his eyes almost dulling as he took in the smell and calmed in seconds.

Vaix stopped and looked at her curiously as she told him he was looking at girl boards. He blinked, then realized a lot of them did look rather feminine. He shrugged and let Shaye lead him over to the boy's side, the designs on the boards here caught his attention far quicker than the girl's. "Oh," he smiled and looked at Shaye with an embarressed chuckle, "whoops."

"No worries" She said, pulling a few boards off the rack.
"Stand still" She said, holding them up to him. "Hmm" She said, looking at each of them critically.
"Here, hold this one" She handed him a black board, with a red design on the bottom.

Keith growled but also looked a lot calmer. It was as if the scent coming of Lily was drug-like. Calming them both down in an instant.

Vaix took the one she handed him, flipping it over to look at the bottom's design, then back up at her with clueless eyes. He didn't know what he was supposed to do with it, so for now he just held it.
"Is snowbaording hard?" he asked curiously.

Iggy stared at the floor ignoring Keith's growl and smiling from the corners of his mouth at the scent Lily gave off. Her name was a type of flower, how ironic she smelled so good.

"For some people" She said, nodding her head.
"Perfect" She smiled. "Come on, you need boots, board pants, goggles, and a jacket" She said, smiling. She took the board back and handed it to the guy.
"With these bindings" She said. Her board was currently being mounted, so now all she had to do was help Vaix pick out the rest of his stuff.

Keith rolled his eyes a bit, and arched his back. Trying to get comfortable in the small, plastic chair.
"I hate these things" He muttered.

Vaix just followed her around cluelessly, he had ni idea what he was doing, so it was better to have Shaye do it for him, she seemed to be enjoying it. Not that he wasn't of course, he just felt out of place and unaware about what to do currently.

Iggy just smiled, ignoring Keith.

"Here, do you like this one?" She asked, handing him a black jacket, with a bit of red on it.
"It matches your board" She said, grinning at him, and laughing. She was really enjoying herself.
"Sorry, I'd do this by myself, but I kind of need you" She said, smiling at him.

Vaix looked at the jacket as it was displayed to him, then took it as it was handed to him, pushing aside his red and black hair as it dangled in front of his eyes. "It's no problem," he replied back, "I'd feel bad if I sent you out alone to shop for me anyways." He held the jacket up to his body, to see in general if it would fit his slim figure.

She smiled, "Good to know" She said, smiling at him. She had already picked out all her stuff, and it was at the front, by the counter.
"So as soon as we're done, how about we hit the slopes?" She asked, grinning at him, and grabbing a pair of black board pants. They were fairly baggy, but all board pants were.

"Sure," he replied back calmly, looking at the pants.He was turned off by the baggy look, but it seemed there wasn't another option pants wise. He poked them curiously, "why are they built like that?" His question was more curious than disaproving.

"Mainly just because it's the fashion. But also because human's get cold, and like to wear layers under them" She said, smiling.
"Alright, all you really need now are some boots and goggles" She said, smiling at him. She folded the jacket and pants over her arm and pointed out the boots.
"Basically pick whatever ones you want" She said, smiling.

Vaix binked and walked over to where she'd pointed, looking at the wide selection of goggles with his head tilted curiously to one side. He stretched out a hand and grabbed a rather sleek looking pair, with a black trim and red lense. He put it on and blinked, eveerything was tainted slightly red, though not enough to make him colour blind. He looked over at Shaye and smiled.
