OOC:: Alright, I'm assuming our characters don't know eachother yet?

((Nope. Though I'd like to begin in the restaurant. It sounds fancy, but it's just one of those places that if you're nice enough, the waiter/waitress will treat you, if you've got the right server.))

OOC:: Alright, I think my two are gonna start out looking for a place to stay.

Adrian Draq walked boredly down the street. Keith was off doing what he usually did, which was either attempt to steal stuff or sweet talk his way into a meal. He sighed and shoved his hands in his pockets, kicking a small can as he walked. He shoved his hands in his jeans pockets, glancing over his shoulder self-conciously. It was getting chilly out, and the tall, dark haired teen shivered noticably as he walked. He was always cold, especially in this sort of weather. He checked the clock in a store he passed, he had to meet Adrian soon so they could decide what to do for the night. It was another though choice sometimes. They would be deciding on whether or not to rent a hotel room or eat. It was usually one or the other, on the rare occasion they had both it had been only due to Keith's skills.

Keith sighed and pulled the money out of the wallet he had just 'borrowed' from someone. He wished people carried cash more. He glanced around carefully, making sure no one was watching, and he dropped the wallet on the ground, subtly pocketing the money.
He had gotten forty dollars, which wasn't great, but it would do. He glanced around, thankfully the streets were packed with people and he could subtly 'borrow' more wallets without much notice. Grinning he suddenly pulled another wallet, realizing it had near a hundred dollars in it.
"Awesome" He grinned, dropping the wallet and rushing off to meet up with Adrian, his twin.

Oliver stood in the doorway of the restaurant, covering for his friend who was a hostess. "This way, madam." he said, leading another group away to their table. "Your server will be with you shortly." Then he walked briskly away. Returning to the stand, he saw his friend had returned. "Good." he muttered, then went into the bathroom to change into his waiter's clothes. Stepping out of the restrooms, he straightened his tie and got straight to work. His job consisted of mainly taking orders, refilling drinks, and bringing in food. But there was more. He had to deal with little kids pinching his tail, people asking if his ears are real, people asking to pet his ears/tail, and all the disgusted faces made at him when they saw the ears and tail. He didn't mind all that much anymore, but it still bugged him at least a little.

Faun was walking around outside, searching for something to do. Her boredom came often, and she never liked it. She looked side to side, and noticed a falling wallet. She put her rabbit down then sat and went 'to sleep'. But she was preparing to use her doll. The rabbit stood and ran directly to the wallet. Then it looked around as Faun had done not too long ago. spotting the person who dropped it, the bunny ran over. It tugged on Keith's pants leg, offering the wallet and tilting it's head to the side.

Keith jumped and swore when something grabbed on his pantleg. Startled he glanced down, swearing again as he saw what could only be desicribed as a bunny doll holding the wallet he had just gotten rid off.
"Er, no thanks" He said, shaking his head and his leg. He glanced around, not really sure how to react. It was a doll, an animated doll, which oddly enough was something he had never seen before. He shoved his hands in his pokcets and looked around again for the doll's owner. He saw a little girl with rabbit ears sitting on a bench, although she appeared to be asleep, so he didn't really think it was her or anything.

Adrian was walking casually down the street, his own lepoard ears hidden by his black hoodie. He glanced around, seeing his twin down the street. Struggling against the crowd he hurried up. He reached Keith, only to see why his twin had stopped. A bunny doll, doll! was currently tugging on his pant leg.
"You have a friend" He commented dryly punching his twin lightly in the shoulder. Although he hadn't seen anything like the small doll before, he wasn't going to say anything.

The bunny walked over to Adrian, looked at him, then looked at the wallet again. Immediately it turned around and ran to the bench, scrambling into the girl's lap. Not a second after the bunny went limp, the girl sat up and stretched. She unconsciously grabbed the rabbit as she walked over to the twins. "So I am safe to assume that one of you is a pick pocket?" Faun said, rubbing an ear of the doll.

The rabbit man puffed his tail as he stepped outside to escape the bustle for a bit. He saw two large ears and a pair of wings across the street. "That's Faun." he said, leaning over and tilting his head. "But who's she talking to?" Quickly he trotted back into the restaurant and asked his boss for a 5-minute break. After a hasty agreement and a shooing, Oliver was heading across the street for a talk with his sister's 'companions'.

"Assume what you want" Keith said, shrugging his shoulders and crossing his arms. He wasn't enjoying this whole thing. He hated being caught. He glanced at the younger girl, frowning a bit before looking at his twin. He sighed, and shook his head, not liking this conversation at all. He closed his eyes and concentrated and soon his large wings disappeared. He often hid them, mainly because they easily snagged on things.

Adrian patted his twin's back, calming him. He glanced around, hoping that they weren't drawing anyone's attention. He rolled his eyes as Keith snapped at the girl, that was a bit of a habit of his. When he got his back up, he became rude and somewhat snappish. He didn't bat an eye as Keith's wings disappeared, he was used to it.

Oliver reached the three, the quickly asked, "Faun, who are these two?" His ears weren't bent over as usual, and his 5' 11" height didn't help with his looking silly as heck. The 2' ears were standing straight up, making the man look 8 feet tall, even though it wasn't near that height. But Faun wasn't noticing any of this. "Oh, brother! This man just dropped his wallet is all!" she said, suddenly a bundle of fluff and someone you couldn't bear to hate. She lifted the wallet and shoved it into Keith's hands. For a brief moment, she glared at the hybrid with a look that said 'Tell him the truth and I will personally kill you.' Even if Oliver had noticed, he showed no sign of it.

Keith accepted the wallet and shoved it in his pocket. He paid no mind to the look, he wasn't one to be intimidated by a child.
"Yea, thanks kid" He turned, gesturing from his twin to follow as he moved off down the street. He shoved his hands in his pockets, feeling the offending wallet. He heard Adrian stammer an apology to the two rabbits or whatever. He shrugged, he wasn't a generally friendly person, it took awhile to get him to open up and be nice.

"Sorry, he's a bit grumpy" Adrian said, watching his twin's retreating figure. He sighed and waited for anyone to say something. He wasn't one to run off and leave, he wasn't that type of guy. He sighed, he hadn't really seen the look that Faun had given Keith, but he was sure he could guess. It wasn't that hard to see that she didn't agree with what his twin did. But they needed money and food and upon occasion a place to stay.

"I noticed." Oliver replied, a bit too begrudgingly. He checked his watch, and seeing as that took more time than he thought it would, he decided to do something a little bit stupid. "You know, you look hungry. How about you come across the street here and have a bit to eat?" he said, grabbing hold of his sister. "And you are suppose to be inside." Faun winced, and was dragged away into the little corner restaurant. "We're having a 'sale' of sorts today, so everything's a little cheaper!" Faun shouted to Adrian before disappearing within the eatery.

"No thanks, I should catch up with him" Adrian said, shaking his head softly. Keith was angry enough, and would probably come and drag him out of the restaurant or something. He waved, he also didn't have any money or anything, as Keith had it all. He shoved his hands in his pockets, shaking his head and walking off down the street. He sighed, sort of sadly, he wouldn't have minded eating, but he couldn't without Keith.

Oliver glared at Faun. "What did I tell you about strangers, you lop-ear!" he said angrily. The whole 'lop-ear' thing was only because of the need to insult without hurt. Faun shivered, then whispered, "You said to never start a conversation or continue one with anyone that you don't know." "That's right, now stay inside the waiting room, I have tables to get to." the black-eared rabbit said, eyes softening as he lifted his notepad from his apron. He walked to the table he had seated the group from earlier.

"Hello, my name is Oliver. How may I serve you today?"
