Jay nodded. "Uh-huh. Is that why?" she teased.

"Yupp" Adrian said, a small smile on his pale face. He rested his head on her shoulder, face hidden against her neck. He sighed contently, comfortable, happy for the first time in awhile.

Jay smiled and ran her fingers through Adrian's hair gently.

Adrian sighed contently, "Mmmm' He said contently. He rather enjoyed the attention from her, and he was finding it rather relaxing.

Jay smiled again and took a deep breath as she glanced around the room.

"What's up?" Adrian asked, hearing her movement as well as her breath. He shrugged, wondering if everything was alright, he had thought it was, but maybe he had missed something.

Jay shook her head. "Nothing. Just lost my breath for a minute." she said, kissing the top of his head gently.

"Lost your breath? How does that work?" Adrian asked, he had been a vampire so long, he forgot most of what it was like to be a 'human'. He shrugged, confused, literally wondering if you could lose your breath.

Jay chuckled. "It's like..." Jay frowned. "It's kind of like a hiccup. Just that, the breath I took before wasn't big enough, so when I exhaled, I exhaled more than I had and... I lost my breath." Jay shrugged. "That's the best way I can describe it."

"That makes no sense" Adrian whined, though he chuckled a bit. He stretched out, shrugging.
"Never mind, I suppose I will never understand stuff like breathing again" He said, shaking his head and burying it against her.

Jay shrugged. "The human anatomy is an odd thing." She murmured as he pressed against her.

"So is the vampire one" He said, shrugging and chuckling.

Jay scoffed. "Yes. But we have to use all of our organs."

Adrian chuckled, "Yea, I'm pretty sure everyone of my organs, well, the majority, our useless" He said, stretching out for a moment, before rolling onto his back.

Shaye's silver eyes flickered open, she was exahusted, sore, and she felt like someone had taken a hammer to her insides. Groaning, she rolled off of the bed, staggered to the washroom and threw up violently, leaning against the bath tub, to exahusted to go back to the bed.

Jay nodded. "Yeah. This is true." She shrugged.

Adrian smiled, "So what do you wanna do?" He asked, wincing as he heard Shaye. He didn't bother moving, he felt bad for her, but he wanted to be with Jay more. He hoped someone else would overhear and go see her, Zero maybe.

Shaye sighed, pressing her face to the tub, letting the coolness sooth her. She felt bad, but she didn't remember what happened to her. She wondered if Zero was still mad at her, probably, she kicked the washroom door shut, figuring it was safer for her.

Jay shrugged. "I don't care. What do you want to do?" she asked.

"No idea, I'm fairly content just cuddling with you" Adrian said with a grin.

Jay chuckled. "Really. That's nice."

"Well, when you can't read, can't watch TV, there's not a whole lot to do" Adrian teased.

Jay chuckled. "That's true."

He chuckled softly, "So, I ask you again, what do you wanna do?"

Jay shrugged again. "I don't care."

Adrian sighed, jumping a bit suprise as a slightly damp Eva jumped on the bed, nosing her way between the two of them.
"Well, obviously the dog wants some attention" He grumbled, sneezing at the scent of wet dog.

Jay smiled. "Of course she does." She cooed, kissing the dog on the head.
