Welcome to Hills High School

"Thanks" Adrian said, sliding past her and sitting next to Kevari.
"Yea dude, messed up" He said to Harry, as he took Maddi's seat. He glanced at his friend, wondering if he had cut in on something, he shrugged, he couldn't really ask Maddie to change again, that would just be rude. His phone buzzed, these messages were getting more and more eratic.
"Urgh" He growled, hitting ignore, irritated.

"Oh, thanks Maddi," Kevari said quietly, having lost his usual flavour of spunk. As she and Adrian switched spots, he gave a quick half-smile of relief to his friend. "Pizza sounds great, should I bring anything?" Glancing down at Adrian's phone he asked, "Do you want me to take care of her for you?" Around them the buzz of the student population thrummed, hundreds of voices discussing topics form the newest celebrity scandal to boasts about one's parent's achievements.

Ooc: aww man, I gotta go for the night! And Harry was just getting annoying!

Adrian shrugged.
"If you want" He said, handing the phone over. He sighed. "So what do you think about the whole modeling thing? I mean, I'd feel sort of traitorus, that's probably the only reason, whatever his face is, asked me in the first place" He said, shrugging. Pizza did sound good, all he had had to eat today was a bagel.

"You should go for it. After all, your ugly mug on the cover of any rival's photo shoot could only help my father, hmm?" Grinning at his friendly jibe, he grabbed the phone from his friend and dialed the number of the last texter.
Hearing the dial tone, he greeted the mysterious french girl.
"Alo, bonjour! Comma sa vas? Bien? Bien! Oui! Adrian! Oui! Un ami. J'ai quelque chose pour dire. Il ne vous aime pas. Oui. Oui. Oui oui! Il aime seulement des filles américaines. Bai bai."
He turned to Adrian. "And that's how you deal with girls, really, it's that simple. You gotta ditch the whole impersonal text thing and let them know face-to-face you don't like them and think they're strange."

Beyond the playful mask, Kevari was till incredibly agitated. Harry was just.. to close. It was better now that he could at least see Adrian, but Harry hadn't moved over when Adrian switched. In fact, he leaned a little closer so he could chat with Adrian down below.

Ooc: No you guys can keep going if you wanna. Just kinda pretend that Maddi is half listening and Harry is leaned back and relaxed not paying attention

BIC:
Adrian laughed, "I only speak Italian, not french" He said, shaking his head at his friend.
"Thanks, did she say anything insightful? Or did she even sound hott? Please tell me she at least sounded hott?" He said, his voice taking on a mock desperate tone.
"Ouch man. Sheesh" He pretended to pout, which caused the group of girls in front of them, whom were peeking over their shoulders to let out a collective 'awe'
He rolled his eyes, "Dude, assembly's over, we missed the whole thing" He said, laughing and standing up.

"Yep, she sounded like an 11 on the bangable scale. But hey, who am I to judged?" turning his head behind the male twin's back he said to Maddi "Pardon my language," and then back to Adrian, "but she was. Were you to busy to take the time to talk to her whle you were having that 'fling'? Not that you would have understood eachother... but... well, I guess you do speak the language of love after all, oh Adrian-of-the-flings." Seeing the assembly was over and the students around them were standing up, Kevari nearly leaped out of his seat and jumped down to the level below, clearly relieved at no longer being stuck.



Hailing the limo driver, Kevari made a final check on his appearance for that night.
Shoes, check. Scarf, check. Eyebrows, check. Looking gorgeous as usual, he thought, staring into the mirror on the side of the long drk car. It's too bad that no matter how good you look, there's someone you'll never be able to impress.
Knocking on the beautifully ornate lion's head at the Black household, Kevari waited outside to be let in. Tonight, at least, could be enjoyable.

Adrian rolled his eyes, "If I spoke to her, I don't remember" He grumbled under his breath before getting up.

Adrian pulled open the door to his house.
"Hey, you look lovely" Adrian teased, still wearing exactly what he had worn to school. He stepped aside, letting his friend in as his mother rushed down the stairs.
"Thanks Kevari, we'd be lost without you" She called as she disappeared out the door, completely ignoring her son.
"Spa" Adrian said, shrugging, as his way of explenation.

Kevari snorted, quite out of character. Adrian's family always kept him in good humour, they were such a colourful bunch. Glancing around, he took in the splendour of Adrian's house. Although his parents had colourful personalities, they're decorating taste was impeccable and extravagent. In contrast, Kevari's house was positively spartan, with his parents having embraced the new "modern and sharp" trend that had been running around lately. So much white! So many corners! If he didn't know it was his own house, he would assume it was a medical center.
If he had any choice in the matter, their decor would change just as often as couture fashion did: by the minute.
"She'd better be careful, the roads are slippery from all the leaves and rain. Lucky for me it stopped a few minutes after I left the house. Pizza, your closet, or those new sets you were working on first?"

"She's take the limo, she rarely drives" He said, shutting the door.
"Uh, no idea. I haven't even ordered the pizza yet" He said, laughing. Adrian's house was massive, well it was a mansion. He had a private wing of the house to himself, and only his friends and the maids even went down there.
"Whatever you wanna do really? We can order pizza, start on the closet, take a break, eat, then start again?" Adrian said, "Urgh, I'm just putting off all that other stuff" Adrian said shaking his head. He sighed and walked into the kitchen, grabbing his cell phone and glancing around.
"Where do you want Pizza from? The usual, or are you feeling adventerous?" He teased, flipping his fingers through a phone book.

"Adventurous? With you that could mean anything from a pizza deliered from China to switching from one branch to the one across the street. Adventurous it is, just no fish on the pizza this time. I think we learned last time what happens when you try to combine pizza and sushi," he said, lapping his hands to his cheeks in a sarcastically horrified way. The maids certainly found out what happens when you do that, they'd had to break out the heavy-duty carpet cleaners and requested a wage upgrade.
"Don't kid yourself, you know you want the music first. But you should give this adventurous and mysterious pizza place of yours a call, and I'll raid your closet. Do you still have those shoes I gave you or have they made their way into the garbage yet?"

Adrian rolled his eyes.
"Can we not rememeber that incident?" He grumbled, laughinhg inspite of the memory.
"No, I didn't trash them, yet. They're on my bed" He said, opening the phonebook and pointing down randomly. Dialing his phone, he quickly began to talk to someone.
"Hey, Adrian Black, yes The Adrian Black" He said, this happened to him all the time.
"Can I get two large, uh, suprise me Pizzas. No fish" He said softly. "Sure, a credit" He siad with a small grin. He clicked the phone shut and made his way to his room where he knew that Kevari was probably raiding his closet and trying to throw all his clothes away.

Shouting down the stairs and trying not to laugh, Kevari flung a few sets of crumpled dress pants on Adrian's bed, along with a deep blue dress shirt. "Absolutely useless.. these are going in the trash... did your mom buy these for you? Oh, look a leather jacket! Did you just say a 'surprise me pizza'?" he asked, as Adrian wandered in the door. "You do know they're probably going to bring us something crazy like a Grapefruit and Smoked Ham pizza? Actually that doesn't sound to horrible." Sauntering over to the bead, he picked up the shirt and pants and threw them at Adrian. "You put those on and I'm going to see if I can find that vest and blazer of yours. Do you know where you left the beige scarf? You know, the one with the embroidery at the end."

Adrian poked his head tentitively into his room, only to be hit by a pair of pants and a shirt.
"Uh, no" He said, shrugging.
"I didn't even know I owned half of this stuff" The tall teenager said with a small grin. "Yupp, but I said no fish, so at least it won't be over anchovied" He said, shaking his head and disappearing into the washroom. He reappeared moments later wearing the pants and shirt. When Adrian actually dressed up, he looked fantastic, but it was like pulling teeth to actually get him to wear clothes like this.
"Should be here in like twenty minutes. The guy almost peed himself when he realized who I was" He said, flopping down on his huge, sleigh bed.

"Well if he did, I guess we know exactly what kind of 'surprise pizza' were getting!" He said, laughing and trying not to get lost in the veritable tunnels of Adrian's closet. "Ah! Got them! No idea where the scarf is, but you can live without it, oh captain of formal wear." Once again tossing the chosen articles at Adrian, Kevari threw himself down on the bed with a great show of fatigue. "I nearly died in there! No food, no water, only linens! You don't even have anything organic I could eat lying around in there. Thank god for pizza. Hmkay, music, I want to hear it and that's all there is to it."

Adrian rolled his eyes as the vest hit him in the face.
`Wait until you see my mom`s closet. It's the size of an appartement. She even has seperate rooms for stuff" He rolled his eyes.
"I haven't even started working on it yet. But here's the song" He handed Kevari a small black note book.
"It's the second page" He said, glancing around. His room was relatively clean, due to the maid. He sighed and crawled off the bed, "Pizza must be here, gate's opening" He said, glancing out the window. Adrian's entire property was fenced in, and the drive way had a gate across it with a guard.

"Hope they didn't send the one that pissed himself to deliver it. He might faint dead away if you accidently come into his presence. Are we going down to get it or is someone bringing it up?"
Flicking the notebook to the second page, Kevari stared intently at the small, neat writing. Although one wouldn't think it, Adrian had one of the clearest handwriting styles in the whole of the Hills. Looking up form the text, he nearly chucked the little book at Adrian just like the clothes before remembering what it was.
"The third line, right there," he jabbed gently at the page,
"The word 'cold' just doesn't mesh well with anything else you've got down. But other than, it's good. Nice imagery, between autumn and winter. Did you skip summer on purpose?"

"Nah, I'll go grab it" Adrian said, getting up and stretching.
"You coming?" He asked, catching the notebook and looking at the line in question.
"Hm, you're right. I'll look at it later" He said wtih a grin, before tossing the notebook down on the bed and heading down the stairs just as the doorbell rang.
He opened the door and pulled out his credit card.
"H-h-hey" A tall, gangly, teen said, his hands shaking as he tried to hand Adrian the pizza with shaking hands.
"Uh, thanks" Adrian said, snagging the pizza and quickly paying for it, before slamming the door in the kids face. He had seen the pen and paper in his hand and he had no desire to sign autographs.

"Nah, I'll wait here. I've dealt with my quota of 'help' today, one is already too many." Watching his friend leave the room, he slightly regretted the jab at the new girl that had appeared at the school. Clearly Adrian had found her to be 'not to bad', even though she wasn't of Hills status. Looking around, he admired the various memorabillia Adrian had hung up.
"Aw... that's so cute. I know that face," he snickered, as Adrian came back up. His first battered bass hung on the wall, beside it guitars from player that adrian had looked up to when he was still learning. "Did she ask you to marry her? Or was it a guy delivering this time?"
Pulling a slice form the mysteriously unlabeled box, he squinted at it trying to figure out what the toppings could be before biting into it.
Chewing slowly and with great concentration, he said after swallowing, "... Cinnamon?"

"Guy, and I shut the door in his face" Adrian said, snagging a piece of pizza. He sniffed it tentitively, and took a bite.
"Hm, not bad" He said, unlike Kevari, he didn't try to figure out what was on it.
"What face?" Adrian asked, glancing in the mirror looking confused.
"So wanna move the pizza into my mom's room and you can start. Her bag's on the bed I think. Also, she asked me to tell you to pack some stuff for my dad. He's back on the studded jacket thing" He said, grabbing the boxes and walking out of the room. He gestured for Kevari to go first, he risked getting run over unless he let his friend go first.

"The 'Ugh, another fangirl' face," Kevari replied, practically tripping over himself to get to Adrian's parent's room. At anyone else's house, it would be incredibly awkward to be barging into someone else's personal room when they weren't home, but the Blacks' room was so impeccable it was more like stepping into a showhome, if an expensive one. On the wall hung a Rembrandt, a beautifully dark painting of a man and his wife together, neither of them looking at eachother, their hands clasped over her chest.
Barely glancing at it, Kevari flung the door open, and in a ridiculously dramatic fashion threw himself to his knees, flung his hands in the air and yelled, "My kingdom has come!" Laughing all the way in, he trailed his hands against the ballgowns that were at the forefront of the collection.
"How do I get to the shoes?"

((Oh hey mystik!! You can ignore the last little bit if you want, Adrian and Kevari were just futzing around.
The gallery is tonight. I declare Kairi is invited due to.. her.. relation to one of the artists. Or something. Yup
