One x One with: Blacksoal

Vaix had stiffened in horror when she'd grown mad with him, or at least snapped, if it had gone on for a second longer he probably would have thrown himself at her feet and begged forgiveness. He watched her with big scared eyes, then gave a soft nod. He really didn't want her to be mad, especially not with him, not when he was already so insecure with having almost lost her multiple times in a row. Even if she hadn't said anything to really hurt him, the fact she'd raised her voice had scared him. He sighed, shuddered, looked up at her again, then swallowed, attempting once again to stop himself from crying out of stress.
"Come sit with me then," he whispered stretching out his hands in a longing way, "I don't want you to be so far away right now."

Shaye glanced at Vaix, a small smile on her lips as she moved and sat next to him.
"Sorry I snapped at you, I'm just stressed" She murmured, resting her head on her hands as she slouched forward. She stared at the pavement, counting the cracks mentally. She hadn't meant to get annoyed, it was just a really bad few weeks. She bit her lip to keep from crying out in frusturation. She hated Michelle for what he had done. He had very nearly destroyed her relationship, and in her experience, vampires only fell in love once. She bit harder to keep the tears from leaking through her eye lids. She sighed, softly, sad now, misery seeping into her in ways she hadn't even known were possible.

"I know," he replied back gently, wrapping his arms around her as she came and pulling her into his lap. He could feel her sadness and hurt seeping into her heart. Vaix gave a sad sigh and rocked gently, still holding her in his arms. Expecting her to cry again, and hand slid up to scoop up her face. He twisted her head gently so he could look at her lips, which he'd seen her fuss over a couple times now, they didn't look bad, but he assumed they hurt. He sighed and kissed the tip of her nose, "remind me to kill him next time he comes around..."

She laughed, although it was shaky and weak.
"Only if you beat me to him" She murmured, resting her head on his shoulder, a few more tears running down her face.
"Sorry" She whispered, pressing her face into his shoulder, her body shaking with supressed sobs. She couldn't fully comprehend what had just happened, it hurt to much to think about. She sighed into his jacket, trying, forcing herself to get it together.
"Should we go home?" She finally asked. She knew that the misery in both of them would send Iggy up the wall, but she had no idea where else they could go. She was begining to think about what Michelle had said, about Lucifer, and the others.
"He said they'd come by the end of the week. Kill you all and keep me" She murmured, mulling this over. Odvious Michelle wasn't the only one interested in her.

Vaix blinked at what Shaye'd said, then growled. He'd say the whole, 'they'll take you over my dead body' thing, but it seemed that was their intentions. He gave a sigh, "I don't know." Was all he could mutter back. Keith didn't wish to leave, and he had a gut feeling if they did Michelle would follow them anyways. Then there was always the whole Sara deal ridding up his back. His grip on Shaye tightened a bit, then he closed his eyes and hummed gently. "I don't know what to tell you," he whispered. "I guess we just have to enjoy what time together we have, and hope for the best..."

Shaye stiffened at that comment, it scared her beyond belief that he was thinking that way.
"No" She whispered, fighting back tears again. They would leave, at least they would only have Michelle to deal with that way, not the whole family.
"We'll leave" She whispered fiercly, "Please don't think like that, please" She said, her voice taking on a begging note. She couldn't handle this, the thought that their supposed eternity together was already getting cut short.
"Not after everything we've been through" She said, her tears spilling out now. "We'll leave" She asid again, "Michelle will follow, but he's the only one we'll have to deal with, the others wont chase us" She said, desperation macking her voice low, sad.

Vaix winced at her begging terrified tone, "hush." He murmured gently, "it'll be fine. You and I, we'll convince Keith and the rest to leave with us. We'll chase Michelle off if he shows himself, and hopefully Sara isn't much of a tracker..." He kissed her cheek gently, attempting to calm her down. He didn't like to hear her so terrified, once again he started to rock gently from side to side with her, burring his face in her shoulder and just enjoying the fact that he had her now.

Shaye nodded, relaxing somewhat. Keith would understand, he had too. She sighed, allowing herself to rest against Vaix, her body rocking slowly.
"We'll leave" She said over again, almost as if to reassure herself. She shuddered once, wiping her tears from her eyes. She sighed, wondering if anything would ever work for them. All she wanted was to live the rest of her ridiculously long life with the one person she loved. Was that so much to ask?
"I love you" She said softly, needing to be loved right now.

"I love you more," Vaix murmured back for the sake of friendly argument. He kissed her neck gently, then allowed his head to rest on her shoulder again as they rocked together. "You okay?" he said gently, he himself was still in hurt, but it lightened over having her close for this long, and after hearing her reassure him of her eternal love. "I don't want you to be sad anymore," he whispered.

She shrugged, not really sure what to say. She still hurt, well her heart did at least.
"No I'm not, but I suppose I will be. Emotions take longer to heal" She said, leaning against him. A couple of teenagers wandered by, cat calling to the two vampires. She ignored it, but it was hard right now. She sighed, trying to zone out everything except Vaix.
"I'll talk to Keith when we go home, he'll understand" She murmured, she knew he would. Unbeknownst to anyone, Keith had loved once, but she had been mortal, and died. He had survived, which was rare, and it was parly due to Shaye that he had.

Vaix gave a nod, he'd been around to witness Keith's gloom and depression at losing his lover, which had almost scared Vaix straight out of the whole love thing for a long time. Until he'd met Shaye, there was just no avoiding it once you say the right girl. He kissed her again, forgetting about her wounded lips and pulling back sharply. "Oh," he breathed, frowning at the idea that he might have hurt her.

She smiled, and leaned forward, gently pressing her lips to his.
"It's okay" She said, leaning against him. She curled up in his lap, head resting under his chin now. She sighed softly, enjoying the moment. It would be hard to convince Keith, but not impossible. She doubted the others would care, even Roxa, as long as everything was explained. Roxa may hate her, but even she understood the sanctity of a vampire relationship.
"Do you think the others will care about moving again?' She asked him, her voice nervous. She couldn't handle another attack, not now.

Vaix sighed, licking his lips for a second has he got a weird smokey flavour from kissing her. He forced himself to ignore it as he answered her. "To be honest? I think they will, at first anyways. Keith has the whole pride thing going, and Iggy's going to hate the hassle of another move. But honestly, after what happened last time with Roxa, I think she'll cause the least trouble as long as we tolerate her coming along." He gave a shrug, the shuddered at the idea of returning home. Iggy would rip the place apart with his energy. "We'll have to throw Iggy out when we get home, and talk to Keith about it alone."

Shaye curled against Vaix.
"I don't think Roxa will be a big problem. She's not attatched to the house at all, so she should just come" She murmured, although she didn't want to be the one to tell Roxa, she wanted to be as far away as possible.
"I'm not telling her though" She said, her voice soft, frightened.

Vaix couldn't help but smile at her last comment, "I will. It'll be fine Shaye..." His grip on her tightened into a temporary hug before it loosened once more to a regular hold. "Would you like to go now? Or later?"

Michelle way laying on top of Keith's roof again, his head hung of the roof side limply, as did one of his arms. He frowned, knowing he'd spoiled ever having a happy life with Shaye due to his lack of control. He sighed, closing his eyes. He didn't care what happened, if he had to be stuck alone, he'd find a way to make Shaye feel the same way.

Shaye sighed and nodded er head, unfolding herself.
"Should we go talk to Keith? Or should I get him to meet us here?" She asked, not really sure what they should do. It would be better to talk to Keith alone, and get him to agree before they spoke to the others.

Keith walked home, sitting on the sidewalk in front of the house. They would have to move, he knew he would have too. He sighed, and pulled out his phone, it was to late to call of the realtor, but he could still sell the place.

"It might be better if we go find him," Vaix replied back, "just so it doesn't feel weird for worrisome for him when we call him over after all that's happened." He kissed Shaye's cheek, stretching out his legs and arms, then standing up. Holding out a hand to help Shaye up as well.

Michelle looked over as Keith came into view. He wiped blood from his eye again, then pulled his arm away from hanging off the house. He watched Keith with a curious stare, unsure if he should make his presence known. Keith might be pissed with him right now, and he wasn't in the mood for another pummeling.

Shaye sighed and nodded.
"Alright, come on" She said softly, accepting his hand and standing up. She intertwined her fingers with his and started off down the street. She knew where Keith would be, he'd be at home.

Keith glanced up, Michelle's scent permeating the air.
"I know you're here" He growled standing up. He could see him now, on the roof.
"Come down before I come up there" He growled dangerously. He knew he was stronger then Michelle, they had done this a few times, fought. And he had won.

Vaix let Shaye lead him along, holding her hand tight as they made their way down the street. He hummed again, another habit he'd picked up over the years to stabilize him when he was stressed.

Michelle stared at Keith with a frown, he didn't move, or speak. Michelle wasn't a strong vampire, he hadn't been a string human either, he'd always been the fleeing underdog. He tended to be faster than other vampires however, but it didn't pay off when someone had you pinned to the ground. he tensed, and just watched Keith with semi worried olive green eyes.

Shaye rested her head on his shoulder as they walked, curling against them. Sighing she made her way slowly, knowing that this could go really well or really bad. She paused and glanced at Vaix.
"Everything will be okay right?" She asked, needing reassurance. She couldn't stand not knowing what would happen.

"Michelle, I can see you. So either come down or leave" He snapped, crossing his arms. He knew the other vampire could out run him, but at least he'd be gone. He growled warningly, his blue eyes glaring up at the other vampire.
"Choose, or I come up" He warned, fists clenching automatically.

"Everything will be fine," Vaix encouraged back with a soft sigh. He gave her hand a squeeze. "We'll find somewhere safe, where we can live together forever in harmony. There won't be any vampires harassing you, or attacking the ones you love." He leaned his head on hers walking slowly with her.

Michelle shrunk back, but stayed on the roof. He hesitated to move again. He didn't want to leave, but he sure didn't want Keith to come up and beat him to a pulp either. He sighed, then crawled to the edge of the building again and jumped down, leaning against the wall as he took the last drag on his cigar, then stomped it down into the earth. He walked over slowly, hands in his pockets, head down like a child in trouble from his parents. He watched Keith cautiously.

Keith sighed, he wanted to shake the life from Michelle's body, but he couldn't do that, not till he understood.
"Why?" He asked, his voice harsher then he intended. "You know what a vampire relationship is. You know they love eachother. So why, why would you ever try to break that up?" He asked, trying to keep the anger from his voice, which thankfully he succeeded at. He didn't know how his friend, former friend, could have been so stupid.

Shaye sighed and nodded.
"That sounds amazing. I think I've had enough excitment for my entire life" She said, slipping his arm over her shoulder so that she could cuddle against him.

"Me too," Vaix replied back with a soft chuckle. He kissed the top of Shaye's head when she leaned in to him. He purred slightly in contentment,

Michelle frowned, though he was glad he hadn't come down her just to be beaten on, he should have expected Keith to start to pry his mind for answers. Which surprisingly, he didn't have any he wished to share."Why do you think?" he muttered sourly to Keith, unable to make any sort of eye contact at the moment.

Shaye echoed his purr with one of his own.
"It'll be nice" She said, thinking about a time without any drama, any horror.

Keith glared at Michelle.
"What kind of answer is that? I think you did it because your selfish and have no respect for anyone but yourself" He snapped.
"Why do you want Shaye so bad? Can't you see that she's happy? With Vaix?"

Vaix smiled at the feminine purr Shaye had. "Mm hm," he agreed contently, his eyes closed for a minute as he walked, before remembering he needed to see where he was going and reopening them to look ahead again. The house was beginning to peak on the horizon, which was nice, it would be good to get home and avoid all the drama.

Michelle growled, but once again the answer to that wasn't something he felt like opening to Keith. It would only make the other vampire madder, which he didn't want at this distance. He glanced up at Keith from the corner of his eye, though it was more of a glare than a sad ashamed look.
"I don't know why you seem so mad and surprised. I haven't changed, it's you that's changed. A couple hundred years ago you wouldn't have given a dam what I did to break those two apart. Even if they were your family." He bit his bottom lip and attempted to pull another cigar from his jacket pocket, unfortunately the package was empty. He growled again.
