Blood Lust

"Although if you decide to go against us, we will eat you.", Death said. Carnage nodded, licking his lips.


"You're not seeing things.", the white orb whispered.

Skye looked at them. "Why would I bother going against you when you can help me achieve my goals?" She asked them.
Selena backed away. "What's going on?" She asked.

"?Only you can see us, Selena. Just like only skye can see the evil ones.", the white orb said. "We can communicate through thoguht, Selena.", the grey one said. Alex looked at Selena. "What do you mean?", he asked, obviously unable to see the four orbs.

"bEcause you're wodnering what it would be like to be good."

Skye looked at hem sterny. "I was wondering if my life would have been different, had I not been gifted with vampirism." She said the words sharply, her cruel tone returning.

Selena look at Alex. "You can't see them!?" She looked back at the orbs. "Why can't he see you?!" She asked.

Death laughed. "tHere's still a sliver of good and kindness in your soul, but we will fix that soon enough, Sky.", he said. Carnage smeleld the air, perched on all fours likem an animal. "It seems that are counterparts have shown up.", he said, growling.

"can't see what, selena? Are you sure you're ok?", Alex said, confused. "He cannot see us because we are here to help you, Selena, not Alexander.", the white orb said. "And please, just think what you want to say. If it's directed at us, Alexander won't be able to read it."

Skye laughed. Good? They think kindness remains inside me?... That ended... That all ended when I was betrayed... Suddenly at the thought Skye remember what had happened. She remembered when she'd lost herself, and why she was the way she was. She had been betrayed, and then imprisoned in a world with only demons. Shadow, her beloved demon, had been the one to save her from that place. It had only been 35 human years, but it had felt like eternity.

Selena stepped closer to Alex. "... The orbs..." She said to him. Help me? What do you mean help me?... She thought to the orbs. She was starting to get really scared.

Alex sighed. "Selena, are you sure yo're ok? Maybe I should leave....", he said. "Our evil counterparts-Death, Carnage, Pestilence, and Famine-have appeared, and are going to help Skye kill you.", the white orb said.


Death smiled. "kIndness and good remain in all souls that have a body. But we will fix it soon enough.", he said wickedly. He drew closer to Skye.

Selena hugged Alex. "Don't leave..." She said. She tried not to let any emotion show on her face at what the orbs had told her. But she was terrified and there was no getting around that.

Skye smiled and waited. "That will be just great." She said.

(Just for the record, Death is not the same as the Grim REaper. Death is very cruel and evil, while the Grim REadper, Death's servant, is actually quite malevolent. LIkewise, Death does not have a scythe, only the Reaper.)

Alex smiled slightly. 'Ok, Selena, I won't leave.", he said, hugging her in return.

Death laughed. 'Never has anybody been so enthusiastic to die."

Selena closed her eyes and took a deep breathe, trying to calm herself down a little.

Skye smiled evily. "Technically... I'm already dead." She pointed out.

"Listen, I think you might be getting sick. I'll go make you something to eat, ok?", Alex said. "I'll be right back."

Death nodded. "You are dead by human standards, but as you still have a body, are still not truly dead.", he said. He exytended one claw, and with one swift flick of his wrist, off came skye's head.

Skye didn't do anything.

Selena shook her head. "No. I'm not sick. I'm fine, Alex. I'm fine." She said.

Alex nodded. "Ok, Skye.", he said, confused as to what was going on.

Carnage smiled and licked his lips hungrily as he watched Skye's head fall to the ground.

Selena felt like she was probably more confused than anyone else right now.

(Make her a ghost or a demon or something! P.S. I gotted confuzzled in my last post... I meant for Alex to say Selena, not Skye! XDXD)

"Are you hungry, Selena?", Alex asked.

((Yeah, I could tell you got a little confused. And Skye is going to come back as a half wolf demon thing, and her name is gonna change.. and basically.. she's gonna be a whole nother person... O.o ... LOL.))

Selena shook her head. "No... there are these orbs... and I can see them... and they said they're here to help me... because apparently Skye is plotting against me..." She tried to explain it to Alex. "... I'm scared..." She said quietly, looking down at the floor.

Alex looked around. "I don't see any orbs. Are you sure you're feeling alright, selena?", he said. "We'll change into our ordinary forms, so that Alexander will be abe to see us.", the white orb said. The four orbs changed into angels, and Alex leapt back in shock, "Oh my God!", he said. THe angel who had previously been the whtite orb turned to him and growled slightly. "Do not use the lord's name in vain.", he siad, moderately angered.

((Ok, that reminds me of the nuns at school.. O.o ))

Selena took a few steps back so she was closer to Alex. "I told you I'm feeling alright..." She said quietly.

Alex stood there staring at the four angels.

Selena hugged Alex randomly, not knowing what to say, or what else to do.

Alex smiled slightly as Selena hugged him, but he figured it was from fear if anything, not affection.

Selena was a little disappointed that Alex didn't hug her in response to her hug, but she didn't show it. She didn't let go either.

Alex decided to return the hug, and did so.

Selena smiled a little. She had completely forgotten that the angels were there.
