Alrighty, we have sort of a plot.

Brooklyn Collins, a sixteen year old girl, was sitting in her front lawn with a town underneath her. She stood at about 170 centimeters with a skinny build. She had pale skin and grey-blue eyes. Her hair was blonde and cut to just below her shoulders and was now pulled back into a loose pony-tail. She was wearing a dark blue tank top and khaki coloured shorts. She was laying on top of a white towel, and was currently sun-bathing. Well at least as best as she could. It was just the beginning of summer and she was trying to tan in the half-sunlight. She really needed it, she was beginning to look like she never went out in the sun or something. She had her eyes shut trying to relax, but it was getting really hard to. The people that used to live next door to them had recently moved, and now another family was moving in. The trucks and such were really loud. She sighed sitting up, glancing at some of the people over there. She was somewhat interested in meeting the new neighbours, as long as they were people she could hang out with. She checked her phone laying on the ground by her, four o'clock. She had been outside for two hours now...and nothing. She shook her head disapointed, seeing Charlie come outside. He was an exchange student living with them from Birmingham, England. She thought that he was cute, especially with his accent, but she would never tell him that. It would just be awkward with him living in their house and all.

Charlie Vincent had been sitting in the house, bored. He wasn't sure what to do now. No one in the house had suggested anything, and he didn't know what to do in this town. He had been here for three months now, but he still didn't feel quite comfertable. He was 170 centimeters with an athletic build. He was wearing a red polo tee with slightly baggy dark blue jeans. His hair was a really dark brown, almost black, and was cut rather short and slightly spiked in the front. He had dark brown eyes and fairly pale skin as well. He had walked outside to see who the Collins' new neighbours would be, and to talk with Brooklyn. He had no idea where Keith was, and he was still bored. He walked over to her somewhat slowly and sat down next to her. "Hello hello," he said smiling at her and then asked, "You know who your new neighbours are yet?" He saw her nod no before he slightly laughed and added, "Well they've brought had lorry with them, I hope they're not pack-rats for your sake." He didn't really know what else to say, and he didn't want to make Brooklyn know he still felt out of place. He just continued to sit and watch, just as Brooklyn had been doing.

A young looking girl, of about seventeen, was walking back and forth between a truck and their new house. She hadn't been to the US in a long time now, so she was excited when they decided to move here. It must've been the civil war sinse she had last been here. She had picked up an American accent while here the last time, and had decided to keep it. She liked it. She grabbed a box or two at a time, moving back and forth once more. She smiled at the people in their yards watching, trying to be nice and fit in. Her blonde hair went down to her back, and she had pale grey eyes with very pale skin. Her ears were very long compared to most humans, but she was able to hide them with a beanie most of the time. Luckily hats like that were in style at this time. She had on loose white shirt that went down just past her hips. It had a deep v-neck and a metalic peace sign on the front. She also had on black leggings. She could pull off the hippie style pretty well, and it was a good thing for her because most of the time she only cared about fitting in. Especially during the day; she looked the most normal at this time. During the night her eyes turned to a glowing orange colour, and her skin changed to a pale blue colour. The only thing that stayed the same was her blonde hair.

Keith Collins pulled up to the front of his house, his old mustang coming to a slow halt as he saw his sister and the dude, the exchange student living with them. He waved, before sliding from the car, shutting the door loudly behind him. He was nineteen, newly graduated and working down at his uncle's garage, apprenticing as a mechanic. He was a little over six feet with dark hair and eyes. He had a muscular, athletic build, mainly from playing foot ball in school. Keith was the classic jock, he had been the quarterback for four straight years, being a small town hero, though now he just worked at the garage. He never cared to leave the town, but he didn't bother to stay that anymore. He sighed, walking over to his sister and flopping down next to her.
"Hey, home a little early from school?" He teased, he knew there was no school today, but he still liked teasing her.

Sara Black, stepped down from the back of the moving truck. She was petite, standing at maybe five three, raven black hair and startling green eyes. She looked like a model, and had, in fact, worked in that industry before, well, once, it had been fun, but really, stand here, snap, stand there, snap. Boring. She sighed, surveying their new home, she hadn't been back to the states for a long time, she had adored living in Milan Italy, one of the fashion capitals of the world, but people tended to ask questions when you didn't age, and well, as usual, questions arose, and they had to hightail it out of there. She smiled at her elf friend, walking past her on her way to her room to put her stuff down. She sighed, admiring her appearance in the mirror for a moment. Sara tended to be a bit vain about her appearance, and she had noticed some boys on the lawn next door.

Demitri Draq slipped from his car as the van's pulled into the drive way. He had been trailing along behind the vans, basically because he hated the idea of being stuck in a small cab with a human. He shifted uncomfortably, looking around, he sighed, the man, appearing to be twenty, maybe a bit older, was tall, with a willowy build, though it also betrayed a hint of muscle. He walked towards the truck, grabbing three boxes, heedless of his super human strength, walking towards the house.
"Hey" He said to the girls, Sara had ridden with the humans, to show them where they were going, so he hadn't seen her since they landed.
"Hey" She smiled back, winking teasingly at the tall vampire. Demitri was just a friend, that's all he'd be, well, he was more of a brother actually.

ooc: oh right, I forgot about the standard system =P (Charlie is 5'11", Eleana is 5'9", and Brooklyn is 5'7")

"You know I'm out now," Brooklyn said and laughed at bit before adding, "Finally. I was getting so sick of my classes, and the boys there for that matter." She nodded over to where the new neighbours were moving in, "Speaking of which, I've seen a couple cute girls walking by. The boy is good looking too, but he looks a few years older than me." She stood up smiling and was about to hug her brother but saw the car grease on him, "You always come back home filthy." She looked around aimlessly for a moment, yet still curious about the neighbours. They seemed a strange age to be moving in like that together.

Charlie watched the two talk for a moment not really wanting to inturrupt. He crossed his arms, watching the new neighbours for a bit. If they were his new neighbours he would've met them by now, but he wasn't one to impose on whatever this family did. When there was a pause in their talking he suggested, "Should we chat with the neighbours? Maybe help with unpacking or something?" At this point he was just looking for a way out of being bored, that's all.

Elena smiled saying, "Hey," to Demitri before grabbing more boxes. She was good friends with Sara and Demitri, but the two of them knew eachother before she had met them. The way they grouped together was very unatural, especially for an elf and a vampire to do so. She knew she had left a long time ago to get away from an arranged marriage, but she never found out why Demitri had left his coven. She shrugged the feeling off getting excited for moving again. She hadn't lived in a small town in a long time. It was going to be a blast!

Keith rolled his eyes. "Loser" He nudged his sister, he glanced down at his attire.
"Not my fault uncle Matt doesn't let me come to his place to shower" He teased reaching out and wrapping her in a hug just to tease her.
"You know I said I'd come down and talk to those guys for you" Keith was extremely protective of his sister, and he had a reputation at the school not to be messed with.He glanced at Charlie, "We probably should" He glanced up, watchin Sara skip across the lawn. She was hott, anyone could see that, but he wasn't about to comment. He watched her for a minute, the other girl seemed more his type though, more down to earth. He chuckled, "Come on" He nudged Brooklyn, she was a bit shyer then most.

Sara skipped across the lawn, laughing lightly, her tiny silver flat clad feet kicking up the freshly cut grass.
"I'm bored" She whined, chuckling as Demitri rolled his blue-black eyes at her.
"Come on, we gotta unpack" He grumbled, glancing up as the humans from next door came over. He stiffened a bit, "I'll be inside" He said, shaking his head and dashing for the house. Sara frowned, turning to see what had startled her brother away.
"Oh" She smirked, "Poor Demitri" She said, glancing at Elena and laughing. Thankfully neither of their blood was appealing to him, though he had bitten Sara once, by accident.

"Eew gross!" Brooklyn said teasingly as her brother hugged her anyway. She looked down at her tank-top seeing some grease on it now. She laughed a bit, even though she liked this tank-top. She then said, "Okay," somewhat shyly as her brother began to walk over. She did like talking to people, but she was rather shy. She stayed behind her brother a bit as she walked over. The guy seemed to sprint inside the house, maybe he was shy as well. She shrugged not saying anything as they walked up to the two left outside.

Charlie followed after the two not inturrupting the conversation again. He smiled at the two as they walked up to them. Both of the girls were cute, but blondes weren't his favourite, so he liked the black-haired one more. Plus she seemed like a more outgoing bird of the two. He crossed his arms figuring he could let Keith talk first, he came out as more of that type. He was one to categorise people as a way of remembering them.

Elena smiled thoughtfully as Demitri ran off. "I agree, it must be hard," she said somewhat quickly over to Sara as their new neighbours walked over. She set a box down and brushed her shirt off looking at them. She smiled and said, "Hey." She forgot how people here interacted, so she just stayed as neutral with introductions for the moment.

Keith smiled, letting Brookly hide behind him, he was used to it, she had been doing it all her life. He shook his head, glancing up as Elena smiled. Damn she was hott, he smiled in return.
"Hey" He said in return, "Welcome to the neighbourhood" He said with a grin. He rubbed a hand through his hair, both girls were looking at him appraisingly, not that he minded, it was normal. He smiled at them.
"I'm Keith Collins, this is Brooklyn, and this is Charlie Vincent, our exchange student from England" He introduced them.

Sara's green eyes sparkled as she heard him mention that Charlie was from England, one of her favorite places.
"Oh thank you. I'm Sara Black" She figured that Elena could introduce herself. "The guy who ran inside is Demitri, my, er brother" She said softly. "He's shy" She figured he'd come meet the humans when he had managed to fed. She glanced Charlie over, definately cute.
"England eh? I've lived there before" She murmured.

Brooklyn smiled and waved at them as she was introduced. She then added, "Nice to meet you two." She smiled feeling a bit awkward, she always felt this way when she first met people. She glanced at her feet for a moment not knowing what to do, she was pretty shy.

Charlie smiled at the two when he was introduced. He then arched an eyebrow at Sara, hearing that she lived in England. At least there was someone here he could talk to about things that someone else would get. He then said, "Really. What part, eh?" He was curious now. He was from Birmingham, and was wondering if she had ever been there. Speaking of which, he might as well just ask that now. "Did you go to Birmingham ever?" He smiled, he was really beginning to like this girl.

Elena smiled and said, "I'm Elena Evans. I'm their roommate." She paused and then added, "and thanks. I just hope the move isn't bothering you guys too much." She thought it was awefully nice of Keith to welcome them. Of course it was the nice thing for neighbours to do, but everyone didn't necessarily do that. She remembered when they moved to Sweden for a while they didn't even talk to their neighbours. She felt bad for Demitri still, he'd need to feed before they would introduce him.

Keith smiled, "No problem, nah, you guys aren't bothering us at all. Do you need a hand unloading anything? I know those moving guys can be a pain in the ass" He said, watching the two drivers struggle with a rather expensive looking couch. He grinned softly at Elena, looking back at Brook, she looked akward, which was normal whenever she met someone new, she was still shy around certain relatives they saw at famiy reunions and what not. He gave her hand a squeeze, reassuring her in a bigh brother fashion.

Sara smiled, "London, a little flat in Burmondsy" She murmured, "Yea, I went up there with some friends" She said, smiling brightly at Charlie. Hmm? She definately liked him, a lot.
"So you're from Birmingham?" She asked, finger the buttom of her flowy tank top. She smiled at him, green eyes sparkling. She had gone to school in London, back when it was just her and Demitri. She smiled, definately enjoying just talking to him.
"So...what is there to do around here?" She asked, looking directly at Charlie. Sara had dated mortals before, it was easier for her, all she did was shape shift, no weird things happened, ever.
