Forbidden High

Jules laughed and said, "Well I figured. If I were you I wouldn't have come if I heard random creatures were here." She then said, "Yah, that's what it's pretty much like." She then had her hair change to a red color before going back to it's normal brownish color. She smiled, happy that at least the girl acted normal.

Mika's eyes went wide as Jules changed her hair color. "That is incredible. You can actually control the DNA particales that determine your physical traits!" she covered her mouth then with a smile. "I'm sorry. I got a little carried away there." Mika could feel her cheeks growing red and quickly looked away to hide it. "So...how many kids can they fit in one building?" she asked, having already done a rouhg estimate. Since there were two to each room, Mika guessed there was about twenty rooms on each floor, and if she remember right there was more than one floor for this building. That was a great deal of students. It almost felt like collegde to her.

Keith and Adrian walked with Shawn down the hallway.
"So you odviously play sports" Keith murmured to Shawn, "What do you play?" He wasn't really an athlete, but he knew that Adrian was.
"Oh, he plays basketball" Adrian said, opening the door to the gym. The gym was incredible, and it was very high tech. There was a track that ran the entire circle of the gym, with a swimming pool in the middle.
"The merpeople live in the swimming pools, so please, be careful if you get in" Adrian murmured.
"Play courts for sports are through the far doors on the left, there are raquette ball and tennis courts through the doors on the rights. And lastly if you go out the big double doors, you end on the indoor sports fields, and through doors in there, theres a way onto the outdoor field. Also, those stairs over there lead to the work out rooms upstairs"

Jules smiled and Mika finding it kind of cute how interested someone could be in her ability. No one had been before so she also found that knida cool. She then said, "I'm not actually sure how many people fit here; it's never been full before." She shrugged her shoulders carelessly and began to look around. She wanted to make sure they weren't in the way of anything while they were chatting.

Shawn saw the place and his entire feeling about coming here just lifted up. He smiled and said, "Dude! This place is awesome!" He then looked over at the pool knowing about the merpeople now. He wasn't sure if he'd ever go in there after that. They'd probably pull him under or something, and he didn't wanna drown. He then said, "Thanks for the tip by the way."

Mika nodded in understanding. "A great deal more student this year then.." she said, letting her arms drop to her sides. "I guess they have never accepted humans here before..." she muttered, looking at Jules with a rough smile.

"No problem, I made the mistake of diving in there by accident one year" Adrian said, shaking his head a bit.
"As did I" Keith said, laughing softly. "The merpeople don't take kindly to intrusions" He said, fluttering his wings, disgruntled.

K.J.-in white tiger form- burst through the gym side doors that lead to the outside fields. The tiger took another step, shook it's head with a roar of pain, and fell to the ground. Kristen's grip on her shape was lost, and she turned back into a human. She winced and bit her lip against the pain in her side.

Taking a few rapid deep breaths, Kristen forced herself up. She looked around the gym with spinning vision, finding the shape she was looking for. "Adrain!" she yelled across the gym before resting her head on her arm as another wave of pain went through her.

Both Adrian and Keith spun around.
"Kristen" Adrian gasped, leaping over the railing to the bleachers in a swift movement and rushing over to her. The fall alone would have crippled a human, but he actually dented the floor. He rushed to her side, carefully he knelt down.
"What happened?" He breathed, worried sick about her. The scent of blood was sharp and fresh in the air, and a low growl escaped him automatically.

Keith sighed, unlike Adrian he couldn't leap off small objects. Jumping up, he dove off of the railing, his wings snapping out as he flew over to the others.
"Hey, what happened?" He asked, landing next to his friends, also kneeling beside Kristen.

"Gah..." K.J. bit her lip for a moment, pressing her hand against her side wound as Adrian came closer. "There was a fight." she hissed through her teeth. "A stupid human freshman tried his luck against Donny and his pack." she let out a small cry of pain as she pulled her hand away. She regretted it instantly; her whole hand was red.

"I got their just in time. Donny almost made mince meat outta the kid..." Kristen whispered, looking up at Adrain. "He ran for it when he saw me running towards Donny...wasn't exactly looking my best." she added with a smirk before cringing.

Keith muttered under his breath, pressing his own hand to her side.
"Here, let me" He said, listening as Adrian began to tear his shirt up. His friend was muttering under his breath, and though he couldn't hear what he was saying he knew it wasn't good.
"As soon as we get this wound to stop bleeding, we're going to the nurse" Adrian muttered at Kristen.

Adrian bit his lip, pulling his shirt off and ripping it into strips.
"Kay, move your hand" He said softly, wincing as Keith's hand revealed the nasty wound. Carefully he began to wrap the mutilated shirt around her middle, covering the wound. He had already resolved to have a small 'talk' with Donny.

"I guess I'm taking the stairs," Shawn muttered to himself before running for them. It didn't take him too long to get there, but they were already patching up the wound. "What'd I miss?" he asked slightly out of breath to the others. He noticed a few others staring at them, but he decided to ignore it.

Jules smiled back at Mika and asked, "So do you want to explore the school a bit? You probably haven't seen everything yet, have you?" She glanced around not really seeing anyone else around, and plus she felt like moving her legs a bit.

Kristen pulled her hand away, folding them over her head on the gym floor as she rested her forehead against the cool tile. She held back a scream as Keith pressed his hand against it, and winced when Adrain started to bandage it. "I'd really rather not go to the nurse." She muttered through her teeth. "Donny's in worse shape. He might be there now..." K.J. cursed, soon realizing she shouldn't have said that.


Mika nodded with enthusiasim{sp?}. "I'd love to!" She said. "Haven't really had chance to look around the school at all..." she agreed with half a smile. Mika was also glad to get out of the building; it was so stuff, and now she was starting to get weird looks from other kids...it was making her nervous. "Lead the way." She told Jules.

Adrian cursed.
"Alright, err, you can come back to my room then" He said, scooping her effortlessly into his arms, careful not to jostle her injured side. He glanced at Keith and Shawn.
"Meet us back at our room. Keith, check the nurses to see if Donny's there" He said, smiling a bit as he turned and disappeared out of the gym and down the hallway. He used his vampiric speed to reach his room quicker.
"There" He said, setting her neatly on the bed.

Keith sighed softly. He wiped his hand on his shirt, using it to clean the blood off of his hand.
"Coming?" He asked Shawn, shaking his head.
"Werewolf attacked her. It seems certain students at this school aren't liking the new arrangement with having humans here" He said, "Kristen was defending one, but she and a certain werewolf got into a scrape it appears" He said, shaking his head.

Kristen wrapped her arms around Adrian's neck, knowing very well what would happen next. She shut her eyes until the fast motion stopped and Adrain set her on his bed. She fought down the urge to be sick and winced from her side instead. She let out a string of colorful curses. "He just couldn't wait to get his hands on me." Kristen hissed, pressing a hand to her bandaged wound.

"Don't do anything stupid." she warned, looking at Adrian with a hard stare. "Not until I heal."
