Keith growled, but let his eyes flicked open.
"Hey" He mumbled tiredly, "I like it down ehre" He whined.

Andy rolled her eyes. "But that is why we have a bed." She reminded, sitting down beside him. "If I promise not to attack you, do you mind?" she asked, looking at him.

"Mind what? You sitting with me? No, I don't mind at all" Keith said, not bothering to extract the promise from her. He was to tired to actually think straight, which was probably a bonus for Andy, considering she'd need to take advantage of his state to get her little plan in motion.

Andy smiled. "Good. Now, you can go back to sleep."

Keith nodded, yawning and letting his head slip back onto the pillow. He was tired, and even suggesting sleep was a good idea.

Andy pulled her knees up to her chest, wrapping her arms around them, and then laid her forehead down upon the tops of her knees.

Keith sighed, dozing, he didn't know what would happen when he woke up, but he had a strange feeling in his gut he wouldn't like it.

Andy studied her work. Metal braces around Keith's wrists. She shrugged. They'd have to do until they healed. She stood fluidly and started up the stairs.

Keith sighed, shifting uncomfortably. Something was wrong, most definately was wrong. He flicked his eyes open, looking down at his wrists, groaning.
"Damnit Andy" He growled under his breath.

Shaye sighed, slowly waking up. She felt heavy, looking up, she realized that it was Diesel, sleeping on top of her.

Andy grinned to herself as she heard Keith waking up. She swallowed and wandered back upstairs to their attic room, rolling her shoulders. She wanted to do something, get out of the house.

Keith snarled under his breath, shaking his head and sighing. He was staying in the basement until Andy came to find him.

Andy swallowed deeply, trying to shake off the weird feeling swarming in the pit of her stomach. She sighed and glanced around, thinking of something she could do. She decided taking her dogs on a hike wasn't too bad of an idea for now, while it was still dry. She tugged her shorts off and pulled on a pair of dark jeans, yanked her tank top off and jerked on an orange tee shirt with "Ben Folds" across the front in yellow, and laced up her new pair of brown hiking boots. It was supposed to snow within the next few weeks, so she supposed it was cold. She wouldn't notice the difference. She examined her appearance in the mirror and added a light weight, blue jacket to the attire in case she ran into any humans. They would all be bundled up like fools. She fixed her hair into a ponytail, whistled to the dogs, and leashed them, leading them out the backdoor and out into the darkening woods.

Keith curled back up in the basement, resolving not to come out for awhile.

Shaye sighed, waking up again, she couldn't stay asleep right now. She glanced at Zero, still asleep, which was fine. Carefully she slid from the bed, stepping out of the room and limping down the hall. She hurt so bad, but she couldn't sit around anymore. She sighed, shaking her head and slumping down onto the couch, curling up and flicking the TV on, quietly. Jet and Diesel had followed her, and both of them got up on the couch, on either side of her. She leaned against Diesel, kissing his head.
"You're Zero in dog from" She teased.

Zero slid out of the chair and down the stairs silently. "What are you doing?" he asked form the grand stairscase, still standing on a stair and leaning against the railing. He arched an eyebrow at her.

Shaye sighed, "I couldn't sleep, so I came to watch TV, didn't want to wake you up" Shaye said with a small shrug. She smiled lightly at him, "Why?" She asked curiously, still leaning against Diesel, whom seemed comfortable enough to hold her weight.

Zero rolled his eyes. "I wasn't asleep." He said easily, leaning a little more weight onto the railing.

Shaye cursed, "Damn" She teased, "I guess I should have thrown a pillow at you or something" She said, curling up on the couch and pulling a blanket over herself, laughing as Jet yelped at the sudden darkness.

Zero shrugged. "Probably. Where's everybody else?" he asked, looking around.

"Adrian and Jay are asleep, Andy took off, I heard her leave, took her dogs, and Keith's whining about something in the basement" Shaye said, shrugging. She was really getting a kick out of this new hearing.

Zero nodded. "Andy probably did something to his wrists." He said with a chuckle. He yawned and leaned back a bit.

"Oh probably" Shaye said, patting the couch.
"Come sit, or do you wanna go back to our room and watch a movie?" She asked curiously.

Zero slunk easily down the stairs, petting Diesel and Jet's heads absent mindedly. He sat down next to Shaye, leaning against the arm of the couch away from her.

Shaye switched from leaning on Diesel to Zero, sighing as she nestled comfortably against his side. She felt better, much more so then before she had left. She felt normal again.

Diesel licked his lips and whimpered at Zero. "Hungry, boy?" Zero cooed, stratching the massive dog head.

"You can feed him" Shaye said, waving her hand lightly and nodding at Jet, whom was also whimpering now.
