Already Over (Time to Rise)

"Are you serious?!" She yelled. Skye didn't like yelling at Cade, nor arguing with him, so with no further comment from him, she shifted into a hawk and swooped out in a blurring speed.

Cade sighed and watched her fly off. "I'm sorry, Skye..."

She landed up in the front with the others and Chalk was surprised to see her, but gave a small smile, "Well you look ready, but are YOU really ready?"
"Dismiss better be ready." She muttered not looking at the Ice Gifted, The female Russian gave a small 'hpm' before turning to Ixie who shrugged.

*Skippy-skip marching and go to Dismiss?*

Everyone stood low and Cloud turned to Rachel, a gifted electric who was a close friend to Leyla, "You think you may be able to mess with the cameras." She gave a nod, and flicked her hand towards one camera, it gave a small 'zip' and she turned to him, "I manipulated the screen so irght now all they see is a clear forest, hurry and move." He gave a nod and turned to Skye, "Lead a small group into the skies to be a lookout, avoid straying close to the watch towers." She nodded and her along with a few others took off into the skies as ravens. Sam came up to Cloud and spoke up, "Get moving before they have foot patrols coming around soon." The earth gifted nodded his head, and stomped his foot, creating a huge hole under the fence. "Get moving."

Cade got up next to Cloud, and looked at the earth gifted. "Okay, once we're inside, I need you and everybody else to take out as many guards as you can until I call you on this phone.", he said, handing him a black cell phone. "When I call, have everybody get the hell out, or as far from the middle of the building as possible, unless they want to become a pile of radioactive welding slag."

He nodded taking it from him and nodded, "All right." Cloud signaled two large groups, and they broke off from the crowd going off in smaller bunches.

Cade snapped his fingers, and Lun rushed over with a few other scientists beside her, and two large male gifteds behind them, both covered in all manner of tubing, metal plates, and electrical parts that made them look they were wearing massive suits of armour.

Skye suddenly dropped from the sky as a bobcat and a few other shapeshifters did, the guard's cries never reached the skies as other gifteds silently attacked from either below or above.

Cade and his small scientific posse silently infiltrated the base, going deeper and deeper as a few gifteds took out the guards in front of them, and stealthing a bit as well.

Skye's ears twitched as the shifteds were all positioned at the watch towers. She peered over the edge to see black figures running toward the gifteds and she leapt down, claws digging his helmet. He gave a shout falling backwards and more shapeshifters attacked from above. Ixie saw one running towards the group and she was knocked backwards as he swung the butt of a gun at her. She hit the ground and when she tired to get up, the end of it was at her forehead.

A familiar pair of red-haired gifteds appeared in a puff of white and black smoke, smiling, behind the figure. Ashe laughed a little and laid his hand on the man's shoulder, making him scream and crumple to the ground in pure terror. "When we heard there was a raid going down, we had to get in on it!", Ashe said, smirking.

"The Von Fabre Brothers." Ixie gave a smile. Skye came over to her helping her up and the shapeshifter smiled, "Nice to see you two here."

Ashe glared at her. "Yeah, we're alive and well. No thanks to you.", he said coolly, and turned to head into the base.

"Aww gees, some one ain't so nice." Ixie muttered. Skye shook her head, "It doesn't matter, come on."

Ashe nodded. "I suppose we could work with you this once."

Skye gave a tight nod then turned her head as more guards appeared.

Luke smiled and seemed to simply vanish and re-appear behind the guards, quickly dispatching them with ease and grace. "Ah, the beauty of cross-chronological travel..."

The shapeshifter flew upwards as a small raven and Chalk came up, her white hair coated in a thin coat, "Okay let's hurry and move fast before Dismiss tries to attack us really hardcore."

Cade and his small group of modified soldiers and scientist escorts soon reached the center of the base, and he sent the call to Cloud. "Get everybody out. Now."

"Got it." He answered, then turned to the gifteds, "Get moving! Don't make me drag your ass out of here!" Everyone took off running and the shapeshifters flew off. Skye landed beside him and gave a quiet gulp. Cloud hugged her, "He'll be fine, come on, let's go." She nodded and followed after him.

Cade smiled when he heard the evacuation call. "Lun, Protocol Poseidon.", he said, looking at the scientist. She nodded and pressed a few buttons on the two cybernetic gifteds' backs, and their eyes glowed blue, and they seemed to give off an aura of power. "Protocol Zeus.", he instructed, and she continued, their eyes turning gold and heat starting to radiate from every inch of their flesh. "Protocol Hades.", he said quietly. She nodded meekly, and hesitantly finished the button-pushing, their eyes turning black as they began to make the air itself pulse and shake with the massive amount of power they gave off. They both let out a primal scream and the fluid flowing through the tubing across their bodies began boiling. Cade and Lun turned and began sprinting down the corridor as electricity pulsed across the bodies of the two gifteds, making the air itself glow white with heat and charge.

The gifteds watched from the distance and Ixie had her arms wrapped around Skye as the shapeshifter held her breath. The others just stood there quietly.

Cade and Lun emerged after a few moments, and frantically dashed to safety with the others

"They're out." Ellia called out. The group gave a cheer and Skye relaxed as she saw him.
