Vaix gave Shaye a playfull smile at her shout of victory. He frowned at Keith's offer, thinking it over. "That would mean letting Roxa take over my property, and it would also mean hurting her. She's only like this because she cares about us." He struggled at his restraints a little more, then went limp. "I'm stuck," he declared to Keith. "Let me out, you win." It was like playing cards when ever they fought, unlike with Iggy who seemed to plan out his every move until defeat, it was always a guess at who would win when he faught Keith.

Roxa listened for Vaix' reply to Iggy's request, when none was found she snarled. "I know you're in there Vaix! Don't bother hiding..." She waited for a response for that one, still nothing. Roxa growled deep in her throat in frustration.

Iggy chuckled, "he's visiting Keith, leave him be. It's not like he's in danger or anything. Lets just head home and wait for him there, he's bound to come back eventually."

Roxa hissed at Iggy, then whirled around back to Keith's house and shouted. "Fine! We're going home then! See you later." There was a venom filled threat at the last part of her statment as she whirlled around, grabbed Iggy's hand so tightly it would snap if she gripped it any harder, and stomped off home.

Keith shurgged his shoulders.
"Well anyway, you're always welcome to live here, or at least come stay, we only have like five spare rooms" He said, releasing his friend.
"I think they're leaving" He commented, hearing Roxa's final comments. The dark haired vampire laughed a little, but moved away from his friend, towards Shaye. She had her eyes closed, and odviously was not paying attention. Smiling he ducked under the aqua coloured water and surfaced under her mattress, sending her flying through the air, to land with a large splash.
"Keith!" She yelled when she surfaced, wiping water and stray peices of hair from her face and eyes.

Vaix laughed as Shaye was shot off her air matress. Watching her shout at the other vampire in irritation. Vaix held a large child-like smile on his face, seeing the surprise and shock on Shaye's face was enough to make him completely forget about his will be imprizonment when he got back home, or whent to school...Roxa would find him just as easily there as if he whent home. Guess he hadn't forgotten after all...Oh well, at least it had lost the most of it's horrific appearance.
Vaix chuckled at Shaye's surfacing expression and swam over to the air matress, climbing onto it quickly and floating there watching her.

Wiping the water from her eyes, Shaye shot a glare at Keith before swimming over to the air mattress. Vaix had already stolen it.
"Sheesh" She muttered under her breath as she swam to the set of stairs at the pool side and climbed up them. She walked across the patio and opened up a small shed. Pulling out a tube, she tossed it into the pool and lept onto it, splashing Keith magnificently as she did.

Keith smiled and gagged a little as Shaye splashed him. Swimming over to Vaix he rested his arms on the side of the mattress, keeping a careful eye on Shaye, as he didn't fully trust her now.

Vaix watched her quietly, not really being to much of a talker. Watching Shaye was amusing though, especially with her little revenge thing going on in the pool. It was more like a what's going to happen next sort of interest he had. Shaye always did things, or was the victum of things, that caught his eye. He was sure he could watch her all day without ever getting bored.
Vaix looked at Keith as he docked himself to the matress, he was watching Shaye too. Though with more suspicion than humor. He looked back at Shaye.

Shaye grinned a little, feeling both boys eyes on her. She kenw that Keith didn't trust her, but for the moment she was content to keep him hanging. Kicking her foot in the water, she closed her eyes and allowed her mind shift to more amusing thoughts. Opening her eyes subtly, she flicked a glance over at Vaix. She had liked him ever since they had met, but she was also sure he had no intrest in her, besides their friendship. Closing her eyes again she smiled again.

Keith frowned a little. He saw the secretive grin on Shaye's face, and guessed that she was scheming.
He knew she as incredibly adapt at revenge, and he knew that she would get him eventually, but it would be on her terms and when he least expected it.

Vaix tilted his head to one side in an endearing way, a subconcious habbit he had that showed itself whenever he was curious or thoughtful of something. Right now however he was curious, curious about what Shaye was planning. He knew she was either planning something, or just enjoying Kieth's suspision. Vaix let out a breath of air he'd been holding in for a while now, still holding the child-like smile.

Dragging her hand in the water, Shaye opened her eyes, blinking rapidly as the sun assulted her. Finally regaining her vision, she looked over at the boys, smiling a little at the expression on Vaix's face. She laughed a little at Keith's suspicious expression. He was so amusing. She could tell he planned to flip her off the tube soon.

Keith nudged Vaix, "Go flip her" He whispered so softly, that only another of his kind could have even heard him.
"She's plotting something" He muttered.

Vaix blinked when Shaye smiled at him, and when he heard Keith's request he chuckled. "No way," he whispered back, "then she'll be after me too." Vaix looked up at Shaye again, even though he'd denied Keith, he was still pondering the idea. He glanced down at the tube for a second, then looked back up at Shaye.

"Ha, she likes you way to much to go after you" He teased back. He glanced at Shaye again, her large, green eyes were staring back at him, a thoughtful smile on her face.
"Besides, it would be hilarious" He said, nudging Vaix again.

Shaye laughed and used her arms to paddle over to the side of the pool. Snatching up her sunscreen so reapplied it to her legs and arms.
"Can someone do my back, I can feel it burning" She asked, looking over at the guys.

"It would be hilarious," Vaix agreed. He watched her paddle over and request help with her sun screen. It seemed like the whole world was erging him now, it was a perfect excuse to get close. "I will," Vaix offered, keeping his voice casual. In a single leap he'd gone from the air matress to the pool side on dry land. He walked over to her and streached out a hand.

"Thanks" She said, handing him the lotion and turning her back to him. She pulled her hair away from her back and drapped it over one shoulder.

Keith climbed onto the mattress, a smile on his face as he stretched out on his back. He and Vaix didn't have to worry about such trivial things as sun burn. He pulled a pair of sunglasses out of his pocket, smiling as he realized that they had survived the wrestling. Slipping them on, he flicked his eyes so he could see Shaye, but it didn't look like he was watching her.

Vaix knew Keith was watching, even if he couldn't see Keith's eyes. It was more like why wouldn't he watch? It seemed to have fooled Shaye though. He let the lotion drip into his hand and applied it to her back calmly, letting his eyes shift over to Keith once after he'd finished. Vaix hesitated for a second, then gave her a hard, sudden shove that sent her flying back into the pool.

Shaye gasped loudly as she hit the water. The shock of it made her stay under for longer then she normally would. Finally surfacing, she wiped the water from her eyes and glanced around. Glaring at both Keith and Vaix.
"Funny" Was all she said as she climbed out of the pool. Walking around to the opposite end, as far away from them as she could get, she spread out her towel and laid down, trying to dry off.

Keith burst out laughing as Shaye went flying. He looked at Vaix, giving him a thumbs up as Shaye surfaced. He cringed a little at the tone of her voice, but was unable to keep the grin from his face.

Vaix smiled as well when Shaye hit the water, he knew she was irritated, but he also knew she'd get over it eventually. He lept back into the pool, misjudging his leap by a couple inches and almost landing ontop of Keith, making the matress jolt down under the water as he hit it and fell over.

"Arghh" Keith hissed as a huge wave cascaded over top of him.
"What the-"He was cut off as he began to gag on the water stuck inside his lungs. Coughing he managed to expell the water, before turning and looking at Vaix an odd expression on his face.
"What was that?" He asked, staring at his friend as he wiped water of his sun glasses.

Shaye erupted in laughter at the sight of Keith. He was totally soaked.
"Nice on Vaix" She called out from her place on the other side of the pool.

It had been just as much of a surprise to him as to Keith and Shaye. He scrambled up onto the matress in record time, spitting out the water that he'd breathed in by mistake. He smiled in embarrssment and shook his head as if he was ashamed. "I misjudged my leap," he explained innocently. "Surprise..."

"You dork" Keith said, laughing a little as he made room for his friend on the mattress. "You shouldn't be misjudging your jumps" He admonished although he was having a hard time suppressing his grin.

Shaye, who was still giggling, rose to her feet and walked to the edge of the pool. Diving in she swam over to the mattress, and rested her arms on it.
"He's got a point, you're a vampire, you shouldn't make mistakes like that"

Vaix shrugged, "give me a break, that's the first stupid mistake I've made in a couple hundred years now. I'm not perfect." He let himself lay down in the space Keith provided for him, soaking in the heat of the sun like a magnet. It didn't matter how much sun he got though, his tempature would never change from it's cold, dead feel. Vaix smiled and watched Shaye, being the object between her and Keith, Vaix couldn't help but feel nervous.

Shaye rolled her shoulders, but made no move towards Keith. She didn't feel like getting pay back just yet. Besides, now she had to account for Vaix as well.

Keith stretched out, closing his eyes to keep the sun out of them. He glanced at Shaye quickly, noting her tan skin. He would never understand her obsession, any humans obsession with tanning.

Vaix watched Shaye, but the sun's heat was starting to make him sleepy. His eyelids started to droop, he smiled again and closed his eyes, his breathing becoming even and steady. Though he wasn't asleep, just for the moment relaxing.

Vaix listened to Shaye dive under the water again and re-appear somewhere a little farther away. He listened to his breathing for a bit afterwards, and for the first time in a long time, he missed his heartbeat.

Roxa ripped her house door open and sat on the couch, she glared at Iggy as he bounced hyperly through the open door and sat right beside her. She growled, "go to your room." Roxa would have never suspected she'd have to say something like that to someone so anti-social. She was even more surprised by his response.
"I don't feel like it."
She stared at him for a while before giving a sigh, "fine!" She turned on the tv. "I'll be here all week," she growled, "and when Vaix gets back..."
She was cut off by Iggy's laughter.
"Oh shut up!" She snapped at him.

Keith could hear Shaye's heart beat, as she swan under the mattress. For some reason it was driving him crazy. He knew that Shaye tasted awful, they had tried that route before, but still. He wasn't even aware of what he was doing, as he slid into the pool after her.
